What frequency is off for the 3rd?

If you have a 10 band eq you can adjust for the DAC. Then I would think yes.

Sadly that is simply the state of COD right now. If the devs won't fix their audio design issues, there's only so much optimization that can be done..

Headset dependent brother. Try each one and let me know what headset you got and what EQ works best with it. I'm using it to create some stats for ya'll

@@JBORD101 Currently using Arctis 9x seems like it works fine with the “quality” EQ (2nd) for Dolby with sound leveler enabled and Flat preset of the Steelseries EQ. Not really happy with the headset itself because it’s not able to support actual surround sound where you’re able to pinpoint the exact location of the player. For ex - upper left, right & lower left, right. Sometimes I cannot even tell if the player is above or just at the same floor as I am but I do hear their footsteps. Would really appreciate if you or someone could possibly share some settings that can potentially make it more “surround sound-ish?”

@Duhdrey I feel the disappointment. But more so in the game itself. Surround doesn't work well in MWII period. Placing the in game sound on home theater can help though

@@EndemicMiLi it's too hard to tell. I don't have your headset or preference. Also, turning down gunfire will alter other sounds as well, which we don't want here.

​@joelsmith3537 yes that's the right app. I have it for xbox series s and I have 3 customs slots as well

@@jasonsaunders2651 strange, i only have the one custom slot which makes it a pain when i’m trying to try the 3 different EQs out

Always recommend you test them out yourself. Sometimes sound can be a bit subjective.

You just have to count how many times you move up or down. Same here
