Section 29 of the Wales Coast Path. Starting off from the picturesque Mwnt Jan and Don set off along the coast to Cardigan. There is some level but rugged cliff walking and then an inland deviation around an animal farm before a relaxing a welcome pint is taken in at the Gwbert Hotel.
Back on track the lads take in the views of the Teifi estuary and a boozy fisherman. After narrowly missing being run over by Rapido, a right-hand turn is taken into a real-life Howard's Way scenario.
After crossing a huge maize field, a picnic (or two) is had before the lads start to encounter the controversial scribblings of Buster which keeps them occupied until the foulness of a sewage works is reached.
After cleansing their chakras on bench of the day they reach Cardigan and the delights of the castle and a donation from David Bellamy.
Onwards to camp - but where the hell is it? Don guides them up and away from Cardigan to the land of blue eggs and furry chickens. What does this all mean? Find out.
Jan explains washing processes and Don talks too much about a castle.
