MX5 VVTurbo - #5 Engine Block Preparation 

In this video, I keep the work on the 1.8 VVT engine to get a turbo. This engine will replace the 1.6 I have now on my 2003 MX5 track car.
I will clean the block surface, clean the cooling chambers, strip the block and paint it. I will resurface the block by hand and I will hone the cylinders.
The block will be ready to go.
