@@shubhishivhare8338 How much time it take u to loose 16 kg . What was ur weight before and now?Can you upload some nutritious food for weight loss diet plan??As I don't know what to eat and not to eat ??
It depends upon how many calories you eat for sure. It might look like she ate a lot, but it has less carbs and fats that average Indian diet. And it's high in protein too. Basically not giving body new fats and forcing it to cut the assimilated one
Not quite, weight gain is (almost) completely dependent on being in a calorie surplus. It's how your body works, here's a simplified summary - calories are energy, fat is stored energy, take in more energy than your body uses and it will be stored for times of famine where it needs to take that energy to temporarily replace food (a problem first world people don't have anymore). Metabolism is how much energy your body burns at rest (also called BMR or basal metabolic rate) and metabolism does not tend to vary wildly among people (by this I mean people of the same height and sex with the same activity level should have roughly equal BMRs). Your metabolism does not "react" to things, metabolism is just the word for the process of body burning a baseline amount of energy. What you eat does matter for your health, but regardless of what you eat as long as you're in a calorie deficit you'll lose weight.
A like just for the, “please andhon ki taarah follow mat karna, mummy se zid mat karna”.🤣 And guys, i can testify. I have Pcod, and I gained 10 kgs. But I lost it after following a similar diet plan to this, made to my own taste and mummy ka ghar ka khana.. And it works, regardless of the “high amount of carbs” (don't be scared of good carbs, you need carbs).
@@April_99999 sorry for the late reply. Ofc, i worked out!! You have to. That's the healthy approach. If you don't work out or atleast move your body, you will develop an unhealthy relationship with food (one of the worst kind of disorders in life).
This is really natural and easy to follow... Thank God there wasn't anything which cannot be followed on day to day basis or including something which becomes difficult like many suggest Apple cedar etc.. Thank god for such normal and natural routine... This was really nice😇🥰!!
You won't, just eat foods that are low in calories. I am an athlete and eat 8 meals a day and all the food are low in calorie . Pet bhi bhar jata hai aur year round low body fat bhi rehta hai. And have 1.2 gm of protein of protein per pound of your body weight to gain muscle and do weighted or body weight exercise.
@@Hir_zKhan Just exercise properly and dont over eat , avoid dairy products , meat and oil . Just eat normal with exercise and you will be fine just remember you should be active and avoid sitting on a place for hours.
@@abikubecka3306 misconception. As long as you take 0.8 x body weight = gm protein and workout, muscle loss can be minimized. Maybe a little bit of muscle is lost, but I need to get rid of the stubborn fat I developed during covid, haha.
@@deepikarao1840 I have done high intensity exercise. And have taken heavy diet. Because in this lockdown we did not have to go anywhere except the gym.
@@yeosangssi noo you are wrong. There is something called 1st class protein. In vegetarian diet only paneer and soyabean is considered 1st class protein. Also eggs are the most easily available protein source.
This is almost my normal diet but since my genes are bad i cant lose weight at all eating so much. But it is really good for people with good metabolism
I can exercise more but I can never leave all those delicious food just to be thin There is no point in being thin if u can't eat what u want Just remember don't over eat anything , that's it... Jin: when something is delicious it's 0 calories
@@shubhishivhare8338 idea is to give as minimal carbs possible so that the body uses fat as energy to digest food plus give us energy to do our work. And also when we exercise that energy also should come from fat burn. That’s the whole point. Excess carbs is stored as fat by the metabolism. The idea is to cut carbs so the body uses these stored carbs(a.k.a fat) and that’s when u are loosing all your fat leading to weight loss too.
@@shubhishivhare8338 there are different types of carbs, one is simple and one is complex, pcod body need complex carb, otherwise simple carbs are there in junk food also. You should be more specific regarding the type of carbs u r eating that's how their fear will go
@ you do know that bts hates rude armies like you like? That’s good because it proves they are good people who aren’t fond of rude people like you guys.
I eat milk, apple(fruit) , some nuts 2 spoon chiya seeds as form of smoothie. In morning 3pm i ate a chappati with sbji and salad ,6 pm i drink a cup of tea and 9 pm i ate everything like dahi bhalle soya champ pizza and coffee and its done 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I Finnaly found a diet vid that actually says you need to eat the right amount most of the vids I saw were “I drink a cup of milk for breakfast then I eat one roti and one spoon of sabzi and for dinner I only drink soup” Like the body needs proteins and carbs you can’t just live off soup and one spoon of sabzi
My diet is to drink water anytime you want Breakfast : tea and biscuits Lunch : vegetable salad and some healthy food without any oil and fat Dinner : 2apples , 3 bananas , etc ..., Only fruits
That's not true ...I suffered from pcod and my doctor clearly told me to include milk everyday as it has lot of nutritional values...now I am pcod free and getting my periods on regular basis ...
@@yadnikanarkhede683 well, it might be suitable for you but I have shown my condition to many doctors from different big cities, they all said not to include milk and having periods regularly is not not a sign of free pcod, I will suggest you to get your hormones checked or ultra sound so that you will get confirmed. If you already done it than lucky you.
@@dove5758 I did check my ultrasound...and it showed absolutely normal ovaries.....moreover my doctor also suggested me to stop consuming milk products ( cakes, Indian desserts , chocholates , butter )as they increase the amount of sugar in blood but she definately told me to include milk everyday ..
@@dove5758 also I didn't took any medicines as I was tired of them not giving me any result ...so I started doing yoga , mediation and eating a healthy diet...you should try it ..it really helps
@@yadnikanarkhede683 wow great, there is an Ayurvedic syrup called femigold and a herb called satavari, they worked wonder on me,and yes i im already doing all this. 👍
I was already slim and i went on no fap, i followed no diet at all, just stopped all sexual activities and my testosterone level literally shot up over 1000 after 3 months of no fap and i developed hard muscles without workout, feeling so happy.
I get my breakfast at around 12:00-1:00 p.m. Lunch at 6-7 p.m. Dinner at 12 a.m. My eating schedule is a really whole mess and ikr which is affecting my body now and I'm looking forward for an atleast slight change in it.
Bro if possible have a nourishing and filling breakfast and finish dinner by 7-8pm. Have an 8 hours eating period and try to avoid very late night meals as they can lead to gastric issues. I experienced this before and with intermittent fasting my health is much better now. Take care
Lost 2kg in 15days (1May-15May) I've been overweight as long as 1 remember and it's hard for me to stay consistent but since a couple of days I have been trying to stay consistent.... Please wish me luck I have to reduce 20kg.... I'm really depressed because of my weight
@@KrishnaGupta-yc3jd She has a full length video on her weight loss, stop judging by a 1 min shorts. Btw, she has pcod, the weight you put on when you have pcod is way more complicated than just 'fat'
hello mam i am 15 years old..my weight was 57 kg...so i reduced it to 50 I took good exercise and diet.. and I don't get regular periods docrtor said that your body is not getting enough food.. so i started eating normally.. then my weight increased by 7 kg in a month... What's up..😭😭😭
You can't just call her underweight just like that. She looks healthy to me, healthy is different to different people. Stop assuming. And as long as she is happy in her body, you are no one to complain. Keep that to yourself.
Hi mam...I have lost my weight by following your diet plan..but after some months due to my studies I falied to follow..Now my thighs and waist size is increased what should I do...I have to Study at 10-12 hrs at one place..What should I do...to reduce my thigh and waist size
You cannot reduce fat from specific area, follow high protein diet with cardio and weight training at home, buy a few dumbbells....do full body workout...then you will reduce weight easily
If you're a pcod patient, the first thing to do, is stop all junk food. Momos, pastas.. Mayonnaise basically all tempting things that you see in food videos. avoid processed food options..And switch to homemade healthy food.. And whole foods. There are plenty of good food options to eat ... It's just about practising good habits one at at a time and then getting used to it. Just remember, you need to take care of your own body. You're responsible if you don't.
