You don't need any special thing to make it work. Eat whatever you make at home usually and keep the timing in check. For example just eat for 8 hours and fast the rest 16 hours. Of course keep in mind that don't overeat or eat less than your body needs.
I Intermittent Fast too. I just intuitively started doing it and noticed my stomach/mind/body felt so much better after doing so. Your cells recharge during that time.
Same here. I started doing without even knowing it is intermittent fasting but I make it into four parts. I have breakfast at 11:30 am, I divide lunch into two parts - 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm and dinner at 7:30 pm. This works for me and suffices my hunger but also easy for my gut and I feel so much better.
Indian food is not just food its actually a free healing . I start eating Indian food 10 years ago and till today i cook Indian food everyday i simply cant live without it Love from Egypt 💓
My mother used to eat leftover rice with curd in the mrng so that she could save time, get some energy, and no food waste. She used to wake at 4 am. And worked all day😢 She is thin and fit❤
Chia seeds, milet noodles, premium peanut butter, and other nuts...etc etc & what not?!!!!!! Rich people tantrums which is not easy to applicable on middle classes, lower middle classes...or donw below.
@@Swap581Yep.. I followed intermittent fasting for 20 days with homely food and with some workouts. And I lost 4 kg.. But it will be better to start eating window at 10 am and end with 6 pm .
I appreciate the info. I could probably teach nutrition myself (35 years of nursing + working out for about 47 years) but I love to see what’s new and exciting! You walk the walk and talk the talk! Thanks!
Instead of 3 meals divide your meals in 5 or 6 parts. It works wonder - even if you eat regular ghar ka khana.. you will not gain weight. ghar ka khana eat more proteins(dal - like Moong dal & masoor dal or whole lentils) & green veggies like Palak(rich in iron & other vitamins), bhaji saag(great antioxidant) etc and exercise as in walk more - take stairs , don't use vehicle or Ricksaw for 1 to 3 km walk - gym Jane ki bhi jarurat nahi padegi.. Tried and Tested. If in case you have time - do basic yoga just to keep your internal organs healthy.
I'm an obese I started following the Vedic way to live life i.e. Eating at day from sunrise to sunset and after sunset I avoid water as well I drink if I feel very thirsty. Believe I'm eating as usual still loosing significant amount of weight. Jay Jagannath
short cuts ... get moving physically patnaik .. eat balanced meals avoid sugar , balance protein less caebs rest is all hogwash .. vedic non vedic etc..i am 49 weigh 84 kg with 14% body fat ...i was 126 kgs a year and half ago
You're doing a 8/16 eating window...thank you so much for showing how it actually looks like! 👌 The meals look delicious and simple to make. This video was very helpful, thank you! 🙏🌹😅
I did this for 2 years since I had the privilege of a cook and house help. Lost over 24 kg. But now I've shifted in Europe. Have kids. The stress kicks in the need for sugar and coffee. I gained 4 kg in a span of seven months. Pray I can continue on track and watch my health since my mental health is also affected due to weight gain. It is definitely a struggle but the pain free life coupled with looking good really made the effort worth it in the long run.
I fail to understand why none of the RU-vid logger creates a diet plan which is suitable to working women who leave home at 9 AM and returns home by 8 PM. Working women can't have meals every 2 hrs in office and there is nobody to cook for them in office neither at home. Every RU-vidr is seen as a housewife sitting whole day at home and spending time in kitchen for cooking diet meals. Anywz, I have done intermittent fasting and have lost 10 kgs in approx 3 months... My food window starts at 1 PM (lunch time in office) and ends at around 9 PM (dinner time). During lunch I have 2 nos. of phulkas + 1 bowl Sabzi + 1 bowl cucumber / carrot / beet etc chopped. My Dinner comprises of 2 bowls of Dal and 1 bowl of rice and 1 glass buttermilk (watery) / 1 bowl of koshimbir During tea time break (around 4.30 PM) I have green tea from office and I keep few peanuts in my office drawer for hunger cravings. I avoid junk food (99% times) but once in a month I do indulge into birthday parties of my friends, colleagues etc By following this diet plan, I don't have to cook extra something for me which saves my time and energy and my family's budget also remain intact..
You are right youtubers are content creators, business owners or housewives so they can warily schedule their time. Many few are making for working women
I have gastritis, and I once tried doing this and it went horrible, long story short I had to be hospitalized due to gastric burn, now I'm having three meals per day on time along with tea and snacks.
Everything is not for everyone obviously. If I don't eat and fast too much, I experience constipation. I had already undergone haemorrhoidectomy. So I don't play much with fasting. There should be weight inside my intestines to push the digested waste outside 😅.
For people like this , they have split into 5 to 6 rounds , in between lots of juices and veggies should be taken , slowly gas will reduce might take time but we can do , I did and it worked out great, dinner we need to start with for first month with veggies and juices Next month reduce quantity and split We have to know our limitations
1 banana = 2 portions of rice, plus 2 tbsp of peanut butter= 188kcal, not counting chocolate, coconut milk. One meal is very high in calories. Lunch is perfect, dinner is great.
That looks soo good I wanna eat those😭 I have very low metabolism so even if I dont eat I still cant get off the fat and if I eat in a small amount I gain so much weight
I just like to listen to what you say in all your videos. You have no idea the command over your speech and the vocals itself are so radiating with immense good energy Thank you and keep going
POV: You're a 9 to 5 employee (8 to 6 with travel) watching someone with the LUXURY to stay at home & cook fucking millet noodles while you stare at your McD parcel 💀💀💀 That intermittant fasting window doesn't even start before my work, I ain't SLAVING at my job on an empty stomach 💀💀💀
Exactly. All these ladies who live at home keep cooking as well as making videos. And here we are hardly get time to eat what we have cooked or even time to watch videos which others have time to make😂
Very informative, but pls share the recipes that you have shown in this video that really helpful for us ,steamed millet that you eaten like noodles good thanks for sharing
I do only two meals a day with a light fruit snack in between...my meals consist mostly south indian traditional items.. Your breakfast looked delicious 👍🏻
For us Ekadashi fasting is only liquid for whole day , eating next day only . Fasting during day time that too upto only evening, then eating meat and all delicacies whole night is not that great
Mai fir anjaane me intermittent fasting karta hun😂. 10 baje neend khuli 12 baje bhaat dal sabzi. Shaam ko chai raat 10 baje fir wahi jo dopahar ko bana tha. Khatam khana😂
My eating window start from 12pm as I do late night dinner and start my day with vegetables juice at 9am...life bcome easy now with no disease...following this since 2 years...pure vegetarian/vegan and drink coconut/almond milk and no diary products, not even paneer 😊
Dear Madam, if you can list all the options, size of portions and the timings. Thank you. Didn't know millet noodles is available. Is the plain peanut butter also permitted?
This is dieting not intermittent fasting, as the name says “fasting”. The purpose of this is to give your stomach rest. You cant eat anything for a certain period of time.
Hi your food looks easy and possible to make and looks delicious.. wondering if its possibl3 for a working person with kids.. do you have a recipe book out? With these simple practical recipes? Nothing fancy.. yet very nutririous and inspiring
Idk why u are choosing to diet bt please consult a nutritionist and doc. You should eat acc to your body. don't follow someone else's diet. Please it can harm u in a long run
@@nitupriyadarshaninayak3014 I never copied her or tried intermittent fasting ...I was just saying that it doesn't suit me(even staying 3-4 hrs without eating)....the conclusion is that it might not suit everyone....as nowadays everyone is choosing to do so inorder to lose weight..... nobody is talking about that it might not suit everybody
Ohh my god there's so much wrong in this video or correct me if I'm wrong, you are doing intermediate fasting for what? And the food that you have showed contains so much calories it might balance your overall calorie intake so you won't get any benefit from intermediate fasting if your goal is fatloss, so what's the point of fasting when you eat high calorie food?
I love how nowadays being healthy isnt depressing and its done ina right positive way. I cant fast cause i work and im also responsible for mt hoiseowrk and all cause i live alone. Also im anemic. But i eat in portions and on time and avoid oil and glutinous fooda as kuch as possible. I also work out, nothing complex, power walk and yoga and its helped me alot. I dont wish to be skinny, i wqnt my body to get stronger ao that i dont suffer when im old.
