I like it ,i do have almost the same set up with a different nozzle at the end that allows me to do the soaping on a higher pressure ,nothing wrong with the trombone nozzle but on my experience you have to be carefull with the piston or plunger whatever is call because they are to flimsy ....just my two cents .
it depends of your machine output gpm,psi etc. for example my machines are 8 gpm 3500 psi so the two inside orifice on the roll up nozzle are too small so i have to make them bigger and put a 1/4 inch extension pipes on both ends to make the spray pattern more even and also helps with the chemical draw cause you don't put that back pressure into the pump due to the incorrect nozzle size, you will have to experiment with your machine set up until you like the pressure of your machine even downstreaming soap and the enough chemical withdraw too
Great video. I’m up in Vancouver Canada. My question is, with 100 feet of high-pressure hose, how is your chemical injector pulling chemicals that far to the gun? Do you have any small 12 V pumps helping the pull? Great invention!
it all depends. Prices vary. Rather you get a trailer or not. You have to make calls on getting a hot water unit. Paul from Power wash store has good prices on what they call there water dragon heated machine. Give him a call. He could also set up the 2 step gun for you if you wanted him too.
I wash semi trucks, trailers, flatbeds and tankers. What acid and soap is it or which do you recommend? Also does the 1st step always have to be acid and 2nd step soap or can it be reversed?
Hey Daniel thank you! .4 your infor is Great. What side is your 3 way valve so I could purchase it @ Envirospec. also what the Name of your Acide.I used Wab Acide in New York.you are Awesome!! Thanks for sharing!
Curious how you are mixing your acid and soap with a fixed injector? I'm using an adjustable one due to the fix injector having to strong of a ratio, so I can dial it back
