Thank you for posting. This really helped to encourage my spirit. I've suffered from 2 miscarriages, the 2nd at 17weeks... the loss is overwhelming. I cried your entire video bc this just happened yesterday but you've helped me to not stay in my pain.
Thank you for this. It meant the world to me. Tomorrow is the 2 week anniversary of our son, Jason's born into heaven birthday. My husband and I have taken the day off and will drive up to the cemetery to visit. I miscarried at 20 weeks and found out the gender when he was born. Something happened during the miscarriage that that helped begin the healing process as I lay in the maternity ward I kept hearing everyone else's baby cry. I was so angry that my baby would never get to cry. But at that moment, God revealed to me my baby will never have to cry. I cry for him less often but I still do. Mostly when I least expect it.When I found this video I was crying uncontrollably sitting here alone at 3am on a week night. But now after viewing this I'm just glad my little one never has to experience the pain I do from time to time. It is ok to hurt sometimes. It's normal. I believe one of the many reasons God allows this to happen to us is so that we can relate to someone else in need and understand their pain. I still sometimes wish I wasn't chosen but considering my husband and I were called to the ministry shortly there after, surely this unfortunate event will bring peace and breathe life back into someone in need one day.
Hi Sarah...... thanks for sharing. This is what I experienced....found out her gender at birth, I was angry at everything even the nurses....but God comforted me that night. Thank you so much......I feel less alone.

This video was meant for me. You have no idea how much this has helped me. Exact same story lost our first baby at 6 weeks and just 2 weeks ago lost our second at 21 weeks. It was horrible because she was perfect and I feel robbed. We were so excited for this baby to arrive and to not be pregnant any longer and having to come home without a baby has been devastating. I found out I also have an incompetent cervix and was scheduled for a cerclage but went into labor just hours before the procedure. I've felt so much anger and regret and I've been searching for info or someone who understood my situation or went through something similar and I truly believe God allowed me to see your video this morning so that I can not only begin to heal properly but know what to do the next time around. I've been walking around like a zombie for 2 weeks and seeing this I finally have a little glimmer of hope. Thank you for sharing your story and for allowing God to use you to instill hope in this broken heart.

I was really in the thick of it back then. I'm happy to report that I got pregnant again and had a cervical cerclage around 14 weeks and delivered a baby boy July 2019. He is the absolute love of our lives! I'm so glad I came across this video back then. It really did lift my spirit and renew my hope. Just wanted to update you and let you know all is well thank God!
Stacy Bates I’m so happy for you! I have a question, my doctors are saying I have a short cervix and a cerclage may be in my books. Was it painful? I guess it’s worth it regardless. I’ve had 2 miscarriages as well and it’s heartbreaking. I’m currently 22 weeks and 5 days and I get so scared of something happening. But congrats on your rainbow baby 🌈💙
It's been over 2 years for me and it is still so raw. One thing we do is we get a birthday cake for my son every year on the day he came and went to heaven.
I had just lost my bb gal at 25 weeks of pregnancy... It's been a week passed and I am slowly recovering myself. Body is feeling fine but mentally I am defeated, "why it has to be me?" Anyway i will think positive and stay strong. Sorry for our loss and thanks for ur sharing.

I have a faith and understand you shouldn't question God... But I cant help but feel I had one job, which was to protect him, and I couldn't... Once I get home I'm not sure what I am going to do... My husband and I lost our first child, a baby boy, at 19.6 weeks just 6 days ago. We were too late to do a rescue cerclage and I had no other choice but to deliver our baby. It was the worst experience I've ever gone through in my life and the grief is still heavy. But I'm so blessed to have my husband and my hope is in Jesus Christ. Our sweet little boy is safe with the Lord. I didn't even know what an incompetent cervix was a week ago, but now I will need a cerclage for our future pregnancies as I most likely have an IC. I'm scared, but stories like yours and the faith that carried you through to the end encourage me to keep going.

I lost my babygirl on 21w pregnancy due to incompetence cervix. Knowing that she is doing good and active all this while and whenever im singing she will definitely gv me some respond, she’s literally my little fans and there’s nothing i can do to protect nor kept her safe with me. This experience was bad, guilt and pain to me but i know i have to be strong for people who loves me. I know my little angel Anneliese will be looking at us from the heaven.
So sorry for your loss sis. The pain cannot be put into words. It feels like just yesterday when my loss happened. I keep my sweet boy in my heart and celebrate his bday every year. Yes, there is hope sis. I am grateful to have healthy children after loss. ♥️

Hey Paulette. I am so sorry for your loss of your beautiful baby girl. It is a pain that cannot be explained we all need different things to cope and heal. I pray for God to give you what you need to do life everyday. I celebrate my boy's birthday each year and we remember him around Christmas time since that was supposed to be his due date. It helps me get through. I also look at his keepsakes and pictures that the hospital photographer took every time I think about him.

Your video is 4 years old but something I needed to see today. Lost my 4th angel baby at 18 weeks two weeks ago due to incompetent cervix and PPROM. I've been questioning God and feeling incredibly lost, the treating doc said I should consider TAC next time but unfortunately not many OB gyns in South Africa know how to perform it. Anyway, just want to say thank you for your video... I somehow feel so much better ❤️ I believe God does love me, I will try spend this time healing by trying to reconnect with Him.
Hey sis. I am sorry for your heart breaking loss. Thank you for reaching out and commenting. Even though this was video was filmed 4 years ago it still feels like yesterday. I celebrate his my sweet baby's memory next month. I love him so much and wish so badly he could be here with all of us. I know how you feel. Time definitely softens the blow. I have read stories of women who have traveled to have the TAC done. That's definitely something to consider depending on your situation and what your doctor thinks. I am here with you sis.

Given that I'm single again I'm just taking time to heal and maybe in a few months I'll consider it. Maybe I should celebrate my past babies as well... Perhaps sweeping everything under the rug is why I feel so broken this time around. Anyways, stay bless sis ❤️❤️
Sorry for your loss, I couldn't imagine. I had a miscarriage at 14 weeks and found out when I went to the doctor to find out the gender. It was very hard but you definitely are strong! I also have a son now he's my rainbow baby, but I definitely remember feeling like life stopped. So sorry again, your son is so adorable btw😊
Me too gave birth in my toilet my husband had to get him out... They were telling me i wasn't pregnant but we know our bodies right. Dr kept saying no your not because it wasn't showing up... No one did an ultrasound either. Dr sent me home... I ended up really sick with an infection so had to get a DnC.. Traumatic is an Understatement.. The pain was worse thsn actually labour with my first... I then had another pregnancy my 2nd lil girl but was touch an go throughout.. I then fell pregnant when she was 6 weeks old i was on the mini pill an bf... I lost my twins at 15 weeks.. I then had another baby a boy but was really sick I was then tested for lupus an it was a positive... No more children for me after finding out an had to have tubal clips put on Nice to hear you have a gorgeous bboy xoxo💜💖
Sigh.....my condolences to you and your husband. I lost my baby at 20 weeks as well in August 2021 and I have been messed up since. Ended up sharing my pain with someone who told me she had a miscarriage and only to find out she lied about it and cursed me about losing my daughter. And said I was jealous of another coworker's pregnancy....I'm not I was just remembering my journey and my baby....... I feel like such a failure......but I'm praying because God's will is not my will and I know I must wait on him.

I have experienced 3 miscarriages.... different reason everytime... first one was 4 month miscarriage and second one was 6 weeks miscarriage and then third one was 5 months miscarriage which I have experienced 4 weeks before.... I know how does it feel... n just like you I started researching alot .... I am going through a serious postpartum depression ... nobody knows... until who are are in same boat... I hope Allah will bless me the way he blessed you... I am not losing hope and I know He is one with better plans... and I will get what He decided for me at the right time 😌
Yesterday i lost my baby at 23 weeks.... i was feeling cramps from morning while peeing i feel a slush in the bath room and that was my little angle.... i took her in my arms but i missing my baby so much pray for me I'm very worried

I have been going insane. i just had a miscarriage due to preterm labour 21 weeks. i cannot explain how that makes me feel. well this is my 3rd miscarriage but not had ever passed 8 weeks. last year i had a D&C due to an incomplete miscarriage. i woke up feeling like im not a woman. like why me? lol pitty party. i even blamed God alittle. i mean i dont drink, smoke and i see woman all over me who do and finally have successful pregnancies. but after watching this video i felt like wow there is hope and all for me. like you have no idea how glad i am. i will try to see my gynea about this on Monday
i lost my baby boy at 20 week 3 days, he was alive when he was born. I do felt the same I failed him. I try to write things and cry a lot. Walk a hour a day after a felt better. I read a lot of things about preterm labor. I hope to find out why and how to do prevent this happy to anyone. Thank you for the messages.

I just lost my baby yesterday morning at 21 weeks. Her heartbeat was no longer there. I want to just disappear right now. I feel like I failed my little girl. I can't understand why this happened. I'm feeling devastated and hopeless right now.

@@Dr.Kerleen Thank you for responding. I have my mom and a few friends but I feel like no one really understands this pain unless they've experienced it for themself. So I appreciate the support but it's like nothing will bring my precious baby back so I feel a bit detached right now. Im so angry and sad. I don't understand why some people who don't value their children have them so easily. Then people who truly want this opportunity to bring life into the world to nurture and love their babies go through this. I love Jesus but I'm so angry with him right now. I wish the he could tell me why this happened to my baby. I made it to 21 weeks and I was and still am so in love with my little baby. I was so full of joy. I prayed each morning and night thanking God for her. I had no clue that her heart stopped and so far my doctor is not sure of why. Her genetic screening was good and she was full of energy when I had appointments. I'm so hurt and I feel so hopeless right now. I just want to dissappear because she way my joy and my heartbeat. I can still smell her on her blanket from the hospital. It's killing me.
BizzyB be angry, cry and get it out sis. You have a right to feel the way you do. I still have the box with my babies things in it. Hold on tight to that blanket. I still remember having to look at my babies things and hurting so bad that he wasn’t home with me. I know how you feel. God is not surprised either. He wants you to give it all to him...even the ugly. I felt the same...like how come I want to care for a baby and don’t have one yet and some people are giving their babies away or mistreating them? The OB wasn’t able to tell you anything as to how that happened?
@@Dr.Kerleen The doctor isn't sure because all the genetic testing was perfect. She was so active and perfect in her ultrasounds. I'll have testing done on the umbilical chord and placenta so hopefully I'll have some information soon. I really miss my baby being in my tummy. I feel so empty. I keep smelling her blanket and looking at her precious photos. I'm trying as best as I can.

Thank You. There is no words to describe how I feel. My daughter is so perfect and she looks just like her dad. I was so prepared to take her home with me and I was thinking that everything was gonna be perfect. Next thing I know I'm bleeding really bad and 7cm dilated . Here's my story... On oct 14th around 7pm I started having really bad back pain (I thought it was just normal ) around 10pm I tried sleeping (it was very difficult because of the back pain) .. When I woke up on Oct 15th I went to the bathroom to pee.. then I went back to my room and right when I got to my bed I felt something drip out of me.. (i thought it was discharge ) but then I took another step and more came out (I thought it's my water) and I sat down and told my boyfriend " I think my water broke" I was freaking out so i stood back up and there was blood every where on the bed and my pants and my pad.. it looked like someone was killed .. freaking out I texted my mom.. And told her I'm bleeding I ran to the bathroom and sat down on the toilet... my mom asked for a picture so I sent one and she told me to call 911 right away .. so my boyfriend rushed to find his phone.. but couldn't find it so I gave him mine.. we called 911 and the lady on the phone said I need to get off the toilet so I don't birth to the baby in a toliet.. she then told us for me to go lay on the bed and to pretty much deliver the baby.. (get a shoe lace and a blanket) I was laying down completely naked .. (well I had a towel ) a few seconds later the ambulance get here and there is like 7 guys coming in asking me questions (the same questions over and over again) there was blood all on the toilet all on the floor all on the bed ..every where when we left.. it was hard enough seeing me lose so much blood.. I already knew that I was gonna lose my baby girl .. but I didn't want to believe it... we left my house around 8am I felt like I was gonna have my baby girl then.. but I was trying to hold her in me as long as I could.. when we got to the hospital the lady talked to me they tried to stop the bleeding but they couldn't until I gave birth... my ob told me I was fully dilated at 9 am.. I believe .. but... Then she said 7cm dilated.. And it's crazy how fast I got to 7cm dilated and I went through all that pain .. And didn't even know I was that far dilated.. she said she would break my water in a little while.. around 12 she broke my water and I gave birth to my baby girl at 12:06 .. she was 1lb 1oz 22 weeks 4 days.. they told me they couldn't do anything 😣💔.. they said I can hold her as long as I wanted .. I didn't want to let go .. my daughter passed away at 1:27 in my arms.. it was hard watching her gasp for air And I couldn't even do anything 😭 .. she is 11 1/2 inches .. she is so perfect.. she looks just like her daddy. I was in the hospital for 3 days.. a day after I gave birth I went straight into surgery the next morning.. they put me to sleep.. (it was supposed to take only 30 mins) it took 4 hours before I wokeup.. they suctioned out my blood clot and I had tubes down my throat
Jazmine Carter omg sis you’ve gone through so much. I am in tears reading this because it sounds so much like my story. I remember the feeling of wanting to try and keep baby in and protect them as long as possible. I didn’t realize my cervix was dilated either. It’s hard when they keep telling you it’s just pregnancy discomfort . I want you to know that you did everything you could and you did nothing wrong. I know it may be hard to believe that now but just know you did everything you should have done and you are so strong. I am praying that God will help you through this heartache. Thank you and yeah I had a appointment on Friday before I went into labor I guess and they checked to see if I was dilated (because I thought I lost my mucas plug) and she said that I w asnt and that everything was fine then on Monday everything came pouring down.. I didn't even know i was in labor on the 14th and that hurts me because maybe if I knew I could have went to the emergency room sooner and they could have prevented me having my daughter so early. I blame myself and think what if or why and why not Like why didn't they try to help my baby.. Her heart beated for 1 hr and 21 mins and they didn't even try to help.. I do want to try again eventually because I want to "feel" like a mom Obviously not now but one day..
Jazmine Carter Take your time greaving...in due time you will be ready to try again. Don’t let anyone make you feel like your feelings are not valid. This is a tough pill to swallow so take time for yourself. Read listen to sermons, talk to your bf and other ppl you trust. Talk to God and vent. He’s not afraid to hear how you feel.
Ck Ckgh the pain is unbearable. I lost my little boy at 20weeks too. On April 14/ 2020 . I feel like someone stubbed me in the stomach with a sharp knife. I feel like running away. I feel like crawling into a hole and just stay in there
If you are referring to my baby…he was not stillborn. He was alive when he was born. Is there something helpful you’d like to leave in the comments for moms who have gone through the same thing?
I just lost my baby at 22 wks. The pain is hard. We wanted this baby for years. I had to push my son and go home empty handed. No lie I'm upset at God. How do you bless us with this gift then take it away. We going through it. The tears continue to run. My boobs are in pain because of my milk. What's crazy I have to go to God because he's the only one can help us.
