This is like the 10th hygiene routine I’ve watched today and every one had tree hut sugar scrubs in it. I know they making hella money 😭🙌🏾🙌🏾

For very soft feet, I usually go to Walmart and in the shaving section, there should be this green packet and on it it says earths therapeutic soft & smooth foot peel off mask. You slip the on for an hour and the dead skin literally falls off leaving a new layer of skin

Girl, thank you very much for this video. My mom has never taught me how to really clean myself really good and it took a while to realize that I’m not washing myself correctly. There were some times that I would be changing and I smell myself and be like.. “wtf, I stink a lot down there and I smell hella musty.” But I would think it was normal because of puberty and all that. But sometimes I were to be able to smell it whenever I would crisscross my legs or open my legs the slightest, I used to think that if I could smell it everyone else could too. Thinking that sometimes got me the point that I were to just keep my distance from people or spray a whole lot of perfume on my body. And (ofc) the perfume scent would go away all the time 🙄 But after a long time I just started watching a lot of people just telling their routines and how to do this and that, I’ve realized how bad I had been washing myself. 😅 Here’s want I learned: No fragrance scented soaps for down there, how to prevent razor bumps, HOW TO WASH MY BUTT-, use Dove deodorant instead of being cheap and using Suave (I heard this one girl got a rash from using Suave), exfoliate to get rid of dead skin, and e.t.c. I feel as soon as I get a better hygiene, my insecurities will go away and I will be more fresher than I ever had been! 😭🤍💓

Once I got my mental health back to a good place, I realized that I don’t actually know what is important in female hygiene and what can be optional or skipped completely.
