Any issues with the auto adjusting headlights after? did you have to adjust them at all? looks great. just got a 23' and im going to be doing the bilstein 5100 level
Nice looking truck. You set it up amazingly. I was debating on the color for my Tremor on order and found your video. This looks so good but also the background is stunning. I miss fields like this from my childhood.
Thanks for your very kind words! I myself have a Tremor F150 on order and I was sad there is no grey or even lead foot to choose from in 22 so I ordered black
@@Haven_Media I was thinking Silver but like the lead foot and gray also. You can only build a 2021 online and it shows both gray and lead foot. Guess they changed that for 2022.
How much were the mirror covers and wheel well liners? I have the exact same truck with tow mirrors on order, hate the chrome too. I’m doing fuel wheels and falcon wildpeak at3s
Thanks, yes the regular flaps for the 21’s rub when you full turn with this size tire… I just put gatorback kick back flaps on now and they don’t rub at all
Beauty man! Just sold my 2018 to the states from Alberta as the prices are too good.. Ill get back in a new F150 in the future sometime. Hows this one been treating you? Any concerns as of yet?
Thanks man! Same, my raptor went to the states as well. I was able to get such a good number for it I couldn’t say no! Even tho I still wanted to keep it… As for the 21 it’s been great so far, no issues at all! I really like the new interiors on the 21’s
Did the lift have any impacts on the sensors/cameras for the intelligent cruise control and lane centering? I recently bought a '21 lariat and am looking at doing a 2" level but I don't want to have issues with the lane centering and crash avoidance stuff
Nice looking truck! Wondering if you ever considered the Roush Fox 2.0 suspension kit? Also, any thoughts on OEM size tires (275/60/R20)? I've got a 2021 F150 Lariat FX4 5.0. Going to install the Fox 2.0 and remain unsure about tire swap since I only have 12.2k in mileage. If i do the tires - thinking Falken Wildpeak AT3W or Firestone Destination XT.
Thank you! I did consider that, it is substantially more expensive but it would definitely be worth it for the better ride quality, all things considering the level didn’t ruin the ride by any means! Also I hear both those tires are quite decent!
Awesome setup. I've got same truck, where did you get the mirror cap covers/replacement. Mine is the lariat w/sport appearance package sport too and I hate chrome.
@@Haven_Media fuel economy on that 6.2 was atrocious lmao, especially in the raptor with big ass mud tires and at the top perch. Probably single digits around town?
I drive a 2018 STX supercrew 4x4. I got mine with the tow mirrors too. I don't even tow anything. I just like not having any blind spot. In fact, I won't own a truck that doesn't have tow mirrors. I think they should be the standard truck mirrors.
@@Haven_Media interesting- how has it affected your mpg? I have a 22 powerboost 502a on order and want to level it with larger tires but am wondering what effect it will have on mileage.
Nice truck. I just placed a order for 2022 in iconic silver but I think I’m going with the carbonized grey now. Do you think your tires would fit with just a 1.5” leveling kit?
Thank you! I know most of the eta’s for my clients are showing October 31st as well but the orders will more likely come sooner is what I’m told. Hopefully!
Dude love your truck!!! If I was to get one I would make it look like yours! Only thing I don’t like about that model is the interior color of the dashboard and doors. Other than that I think I could find a way to look over that if i didn’t have any other options. Love the scenery too in the video!
Looks so nice man, I picked up my 2021 502A in Lead Foot 2 weeks ago. Love it so far, need to get it leveled and some 34's or 35's on it. Yours looks great leveled with the tow mirrors blacked out! Cheers from Ontario
Thanks man! I ordered it off a XLT mirror cap at the dealership.. they look better than having chrome on the sport. One day i wouldn’t mind getting them painted
@@Haven_Media for sure, I have the black appearance package on my ‘20 Lariat and love it. The lease is up in Jan ‘21 and I am HOPING they bring back the black appearance package to the ‘22s … otherwise I will have to get crafty to get it all blacked out. Glad to hear I can solve the tow mirror chrome thing :)
@@Haven_Media yeah that tremor is pretty awesome, when I heard about it I was almost sold because I love the F250 tremor (but don’t need a super duty) … but deal breaker for me on the F150 tremor is no V8 option :(
Excellent set up man, I wanted a Lariat but ended up with an XLT with 302A, Sport and FX4 package.. was the only one at the lot anyways and got a fair deal with it.
how much did they charge over msrp? idk whos finding new f150's discounted... also the new xlt's are basically the Lariats of years past so your still getting a lot. i really wanted thoes AC seats, but thats all im missing from my wish list. min's being built now and im paying msrp.
I just got pretty close to the same truck, except it's an XLT lol 301A but has FX4, Sport appearance package, max towing and max payload packages, I paid for heated leather to be installed, spray in bedliner and Bakflip hard tonneau cover. I'm really contemplating a level, mind you I'm on the 18" rims. Worried about warranty work possibly being denied.
@@Haven_Media where are you located? I'm In Vancouver BC, and I was told it was possible it would. However I also tow a 23' travel trailer (2008 Jayco Jayflight G2 23Fb) and I've heard levelling isn't a good idea with towing heavier trailers.
@@Smoothy38 I’m in Saskatchewan, the ready lift 2” front kits we’ve been doing do not affect your towing in any way.. I tow a travel trailer with my truck too all summer, no issues at all. The level doesn’t do anything to the rear of truck, it just lifts the front up 2” so it looks level and you can fit a bigger tire
You can’t get the Heavy Duty Payload Package with the sport package. You must just have the Max Tow package. Nice trucks either way. In my humble opinion stay away from levelling it out if you tow or haul. Your front end will end up being higher and you will lose out on steering. They look cool and it’s not a problem if you don’t haul heavy and certainly not a problem in Saskatchewan, however, I’m assuming you will be climbing grades on windy mountain roads in all sorts of weather. Only way to deal with it is adding air bags to the back. If you had to do it I would advise going with a 1.5” level kit. It’ll look much better than stock but still have room to squat and not look and handle goofy when you load it up. Source: I have been a tow truck operator on Coquihalla for several winters in the past. Good luck and enjoy your truck.
I was bummed about this too, one option I was thinking was not getting sport package and just getting the exterior chrome parts body painted, it will cost you but that maybe one around this until Ford gets around to offering some black appearance option (here’s hoping)
@@tviperjester3978 love the sport package but can’t do that interior. Hard to believe with all the different ways you can spec this truck you can’t get an all black interior.
I like this interior, looks great in person. But I do wish ford would at least offer black also. They are doing the same thing for the new Raptor. If you want the 37 package, blue interior/accents... A lot of people are pissed off because they do not want the blue, just the 37's package.
Mee too, I’m still driving this truck for now but I have a black 22 402 on order thats been built but been sitting at the plant since January waiting for micro chips :/ Hopefully yours comes quicker than mine has been taking!
Chrome caps on a trailer tow mirror for a sport package? Come on ford? Who screwed this one up... I would of had the need caps painted body color. Nice truck man.
I know, like I thought they made a mistake just on mine but I seen they are all like that lol.. so stupid! I would like to paint them body colour eventually but for now I’ll keep them black
@@reissallan i believe the main reason they drop the front is for fuel economy… other than looks a level kit allows you to fit bigger tires that’s why most do it
Thanks man! This one actually has the 3.31s.. I’m not towing my trailer allot so it’s not the end of the world but i would of preferred the 3.55 at least like the one I originally ordered. The 3.31s aren’t bad tho because of the 10spd trans it sort of makes up the difference
@@Haven_Media How is it on the highway? Running at highway speeds can it stay in 10th or is it constantly down shifting? that's my fear if I run more than 33"s with the 3.31 and 5.0
@@donald3077 I don’t think it would rub but I’m not exactly sure, when my 22 comes in I think I wanna try a 0 offset next as I like the look even better
