I have binged watched so many of your videos the last several weeks. I have received so much value from them!. I love the way you speak your thought process out loud. My sales were down overall but I kind of blame the economy a bit. My goal for 2023 was to diversify a little bit and I was able to get my products into 4 stores so I call that a win and will pay off big as time goes on. I'm adding candles to my product line in February after many months of testing ( and many YEARS of wanting to add them) so I'm hoping that will help my 2024 sales. Thanks for your videos!
I wish I could dissect my business numbers the way you do it, but I am soooo happy to report that, yes, my small business (Candle Hugs + Co) grew this year by 23%, and I am proud of that. Cheers to a fantastic 2024 to both our businesses because we break our backs working for them.
23% IS MONUMENTAL!!! Congrats! That is amazing. And just to lend some insight. I track all my wholesale orders through Quickbooks and then Shopify keeps track of all my online and point of sale so when I have my final numbers from my accountant, thats how I am able to dissect which part comes from the whole pie! I hope that helps :) Congrats again, thats a badass year! Well done.
@UpsideGoodsCo thanks for sharing that cuz I've been trying to figure out how to best separate. I also have been debating the shopify pos... so do you search for the specific item when you make a sale in person? I just use Square and it's like candle $25 cus it took so long finding specific items
