another reason why i think that the admins should do something about the communication between the community and dev team. everything ranging from bugs, wipes, and suggestions are ALL disregarded by the admins. I had an instance before where my inventory had been wiped due to a dungeons bug and lost a hyperion and the first midas staff on the game. Even with FULL video evidence as well as admin contact, i received zero compensation. Even with thousands of views on the video, thousands of views on forums, 50mmidas/hellcastle both using my clip in a video, and talking with jayavarmen still got me nowhere. Just shows how the game really needs the contact between the people and admins.

I love how he's so calm not angry at all. But it really is sad seeing innocenet people being banned

TBH the only way any change is gonna happen is if players start to do something about it en masse. For example, a strike on buying ranks/cookies could work

ive lost my 23B NW account aswell it really sucks tho because as you said you it would be nice to have a direct conversation with an administrator or something to explain the situation. it's crazy to me how you arent mad at all just like you said it was a block game but there is so much time put into it for it just to be all taken away for a situation you either werent involved in or dont even understand what happened, I only mention this because time is my sentimental value and on my old profile i had over 5500+ hours and for a situation i wasnt even involved in it sucks that theres a lack of communication with a staff member to explain your situation. I am not trying to diss the staff team or hypixel in any way but I truly believe they could improve the way they handle situations like yours and many others including me. but besides that great video and good luck with school!

Yeah, the fact that Hypixel has a low chance of even unbanning you after 5 years, even if you didn't appeal and it was a corrupt staff member at the time is also rather strict, but the EULA doesn't change how servers can moderate. Not even a "giant", although not as big as Microsoft.

Sad, that's the reason why i don't want a co-op member on my main profile.

I started a new profile a few months ago, and we pretty much speedran the game, and we got wiped AGAIN, even tho we didn’t do anything. Same issue with me, had 20b nw and got wiped, imo the thing that triggered the ban was probably the bz trade I did, didn’t realise an item was manipped and accidentally insta bought my entire inv, didn’t think much of it as they were quite cheap and then later realised I just spend 3b on books worth a couple mil, still hurts as I still like playing this game, made an appeal and all but yk the usual response, even got ytbers tryna help me but pensul straight up said “no I will not help”. The staff team is trash, If they took a look at all the evidence for just 10 mins they’d see I was innocent but nah. Sucks

i also was false banned, for "boosting" while i was gemstone mining, I assume i was macro checked but didn't have any response to it so they thought i was probs cheating. i appealed with a video of me showing i was legit and they didn't even communicate just the same appeal deny as yours

I had a 6B NW Profile get ratted, it was pillaged and then deleted. Not the same, I know, but I get the sentimental thing. There were signs on this Island from my IRL friend who had passed away, aswell as his builds and stats sitting in the coop. Losing it was heart-wrenching and actually had me out of commission from life for quite some time. I had created the profile the day Skyblock had released, and had 2.8K hours. I still get emotional thinking about it some times. I will never play this game again.

There was a glitch that wipes ppl and it just got fixed and they said they gave everyone theyre profiles back

ngl they should def up their shit. they got so many bad stuff its insane for example ultra bad ping, no eu servres insane shit support system admins that arent serious aka only care about youtubers or themselves stupidly fed up devs, 1 update /bugfix every year, 1 patch of an fun feature every day and that they have multiple millions, if not billions in budget is insane..

Hey man i exactly know how you feel atm. Since now soon 2 years ago, my fortnite account got permantly ban from a false positive even tho i never had any suspiscious activity on my pc. I had spent over 2000$ on this account on I also tried to talk to staffs many times, without success.

i understand this completely. 3 or so years ago, i was banned for 439 days, (first offense) for using cheats, when at the time, i was only using one mod, optifine, instantly denied.

the same happend to me, i had a 30B profile and got wiped for a coop boosting i even had 1 of the rarest armor sets in the game (storm colour necron) which i crafted 2/3 on my own when the bug happend and even crafted a storm set so my profile was worth even way more, I also had some more rare or no longer optainable items it's sad.

I also got randomly wiped for "cheating" while fishing in the Crimson Isles (300m overflow fishing exp (top 1k) , 22b nw). Ban appeal? Auto denied No clue what I did, but apparently WD didn't like it. I was even fishing with a guild member who can attest to me just normally doing stuff, nothing sketchy or out of the norm. Anyways, Hypixel just don't care, so why should we? :)

Yeah i just got false wiped on a 30d ban. My friends said it was likely a false irl trading / boosting / macroing ban. I had been doing eman at the time of the ban and had never done any of the things i was accused of. Kinda pissed at how the admins didn't even watch the video i provided either 💀 15b down the drain

that happened to me too my friend used to cheat on cs go but he dint tell us he got banned 2 times he said he wasnt doing nothing and them when the 3 ban came he said that he was cheating we even defended him in posts and helped him make the unban message

man thats horrible same thing happened to my freind when i quit i gave him my legit 2b coins i had grinded over the years he said he was going 2 restart on a profile with him and some of his freind he then started the profile and got wipped for "boosting" and in case also wiped my 2b nw and all the items i had :( i got banned for a month and he got banned for 1/2 a year it really sucks that that happned and now im back playing the game from scratch since then :( he also got wiped but i didnt cause that was my first "real" ban hope u work everything out now a days u can just create a new profile and rush mining once u have 200m or so and then back ur money back over a week or two of 3-4 hour mining sessions! hope u get back on ur feet

As a former admin, this report has been reviewed by at least 3 people manually for extended periods due to the system hypixel runs and if you cant appeal you know that you were using a mod that is not allowed, clan etc dont matter at that question and neither do youtube rank or anything else... People with a nw of 10b+ always get human review even if a ban or wipe were issued atomatically, at least 3 people watch everything you do for extended periods prior either way... At 100b+ they even check your accessable data off server to confirm or deny...

But when youtube ranks get wiped they get their shit back every time, example: refraction Now that it is the same situation they just dont give a shit because u dont have mega clout

I got false banned for a glitch in dungeons making me have vanilla speed instead of 400. I had a recording, appealed, and was denied without anyone even viewing the recording. The appeal system just sucks

Cheating and doing against TOS stuff is like this. Doesnt matter the account, what matters is the IP and hardware, worst part is that if an innocent is involved, it doesnt matter, its going to receive the punishment too, its the same in every online game. What I recommend is to NOT play with people that break the TOS, if you do, you are risking ban, doesnt matter how friend he is, once he gets banned, you are going to be investigated, and depending on the reason, you wouldnt even have the luck to that case. Also, in MC theres a lot of liars, MC "friends" lie all the time, thats the kind of game it is, I have from 2013 playing Minecraft, and I was part of staff in some servers, they always look the way to tell lies just to get some advantage in the game.

Also if you decide to join half of the coins I make or more would go to you progressing plus you would get skill exp from my minions

I didnt get wiped, but banned for cheating in april last year (april 5th to be exact, have all images in a priv discord with me and some friends). I was afk taking a shit while my friend prepared to do some dungeons (we wanted to do some f7) but I got banned while taking a shit and being afk for "cheating". I was banned once before for cheating in january (rightfully I may say) but this second ban was unrightful as I have been clean since the first ban. this ban runs out on march 30th tho so I will return to the game after actually achieveng some stuff in other games (just got my 6.5k rating in cs2 premier; and reaching top 26k in osu!std)

I remember one time I got banned for right clicking a fishing rod too fast and when I appealed it got DENIED. I have a 30 second clip of me spamming a clicking rod and I got banned for "exploits". The moderation system is absolutely trash. The moderator working with my ticket even said that it looked like I was using a macro, which I knew was a lie. How did I know? Medal clips tell you if anyone has seen the clip, and I set it to unlisted. It had 0 views, meaning he didn't watch the clip and assumed that I was cheating. I told him this and he closed the ticket, so I made another explaining the situation. I got my Hypixel account banned from making appeals for 3 months after that. This was my first instance ever getting a ban...

All was good until you went on about your friend quitting, regardless of what you do if you trade high amounts to yourself from a friend quitting or not and trade nothing back without the use of chatlogs your account gets flagged by watchdog and notifies the staff so sooner or later its an inescapable end and you get wiped. I have been wiped many many times confirming what flags and what doesn't. I do blame Hypixel as they are slacking and lazy on their end but and they also definitely should fix the false flags watchdog does to the non irl traders and dupers daily causing false wipes like this.
