My 2nd Reading Speech on Bill S-282, the National Strategy for Children and Youth Act 

On March 21st, I rose in the Chamber to speak to my Bill S-282, the National Strategy for Children and Youth Act.
For too long, we've let kids fall through the gaps.
The status quo is not good enough. It's time to take a strategic approach.
A National Strategy for Children and Youth will get us from where we are today to where we want to be - a Canada where no child is left behind.
