In this video I discuss how I like to train to improve my cardio even though I have asthma. As an ultra athlete with asthma, I believe it is extremely important to have a couple of workout activities that you love to do because it will be a lot easier to do them. That is exactly why the key to improving your cardio with asthma is finding what you love and then completing the workout consistently over time.
