So do the same thing! I have a Service Dog, she goes with me every where! If she's not welcome, I'm not going. It's literally a health issue for me. Sometimes, dogs off leashes will chase. Us. Down. To say hello! When I can, all I have to do is walk back to the owner. The other dog, if they're still in pursuit of us, will then be returned to the owner. No running involved! 😉

I dont like when I get cramps either bc it’s the worst and your period would get you to be moody but when I am on mine I just use a heating pad to help my cramps.👍🏾 also I loved your Fanny pack you wore when you were going on a walk with your dad so cute🥰🥰 lastly loved that place you were when you went to get desserts so cute too. 🥰
I enjoyed this video so much! I’m 12 and I started my first period in December (currently Mid August) I was sooo lucky I skipped all of June + July but now I have it again and I needed a bit of motivation and I loved it! I do self improvement and so I try to stay productive and so this gives motivation❤ I subscribed to your channel and I’m probably gonna watch it a lot now, it’s so interesting! 😅😅 Thank you!!❤
Your body is probably STRESSED , I had alot of cramps and felt sick before when I was super stressed, now that my life is more calm and nice, I have almost NO cramps or anything. :D Good that you are eating and moving your body.
very true for some people but cramps are actually normal from the contractions of the uterus! if they are very bad there are many factors to be taken into consideration. water intake, stress(as you said), the food you eat, what clothes you are wearing, and being to active or to inactive.

I literally don’t get period cramps, crave chocolate(I don’t even like chocolate lol), and then my period like I’m on it now but I forgot it’s on bc I just don’t have a consistent one. Sometimes I’m so lost bc of how my body works bc my period comes whenever
Have any tips for when your super nauseous on your period because I’ve felt like it since I got it 2 days ago (not a heavy flow or bad cramps or anything either, literally just like straight TERRIBLE nausea) and I’m just trying to feel better but don’t really know how to mostly make it go away lol
I started mine on Monday I had the worst cramps when I got home I couldn’t even shower I kept getting out and laying and rolling on the floor crying feeling nauseous 😢
When she said chocolate I was craving it bc I been having my period for 5 days now and I started crying bc I was craving it so badly and I always cry on my period so win win-
I don’t have my period yet but 3am I woke up and I can’t fall asleep bc my cramps hurt so bad and my headaches hurt I tried everything but nothing helped
