Hello lovely! It's something I want to talk about more on my channel to be honest as it is literally a pandemic and social media has a huge roll in playing in that! Women you so so beautiful as they were made and if we look after ourselves i think you only get better with age! It is very scary when you see these people especially in real life and my heart breaks for them that they feel it's necessary to get by in todays world. Even more scary how young some girls are who are having these things done!!! Everyone is thinking about self gratification in the now but not thinking of the future and the consequences. I want to and feel it's my responsibility be a good example ❤

both of you are traditional classic beauties, and i applaud you for not getting botox. i'm 62 and am never going to get a facelift or do botox. i'll just age naturally, thank you very much! thank you for sharing your honest detox journey, - what an adventure in many ways ;) greetings from Canada to you .

Outstanding video. I have been to Phuket twice, both times to Fitness Street-Titan Fitness-Chalong. I am returning next month. Of the many retreats, how did you pick this particular Thailand Detox Retreat? How did you narrow your choices?

I'm currently in Thailand and I agree sometimes so difficult with the food, can't guarantee no fish sauce etc which is a tad frustrating as a vegan! I don't know how you had the energy for boxing etc. Well done to you, something I can't imagine ever being able to do it!

You are! God I'm jealous, where in Thailand are you, and how are you finding it there in 2023? A little bit of research helps a lot and we found incredible vegan places south of Phuket there is a lot. We also carried a card with that said no fish, no sugar, no dairy, no meat, Allergic written in Thai and showed it wherever we ate. Worked really well, they appreciated it really. At the same time, you have to flow in life if it happens it not the end of the world (unless you are allergic) we can't control everything just when it is in our control we can do as we please. Thank you it really isn't as bad as you imagine, I hope you try it one day. Hows things with you lovely? x

@@alessandrarosa we were travelling around so did a few spots, Chiang Mai and the north, Khao lak, Khao Sok, ko Yao yai etc. Funny you ask, we found it very different compared to 3 years back! Lots of rude tourists, food didn't seem as good/fresh and prices up etc. Such a shame. That's a good idea about the card, I do speak some Thai so I was able to say I'm vegan to them in Thai but definitely useful to do for other countries I may not speak the language!

I am watching this video. 2:50 Don't brush your teeth? Don't drink any water? For a whole week? What happens if you are on blood pressure medication? 12:31 my hats off to you two. You two do a lot of very complicated health stuff. 13:26 It's ok, I vomit a lot. I'm used to it. 14:46 I clean up ____ at work as part of my job. This stuff can't bother me. 15:47 You two always looks good in bikinis. 16:52 This is the very first time I have ever heard that your eyes can shrink. 18:24 I think even without makeup you two are very beautiful. The human body is never perfect for anyone. The whole world isn't perfect either. Which is one of the reasons why I'm looking forward to ____ . (I blanked out for possible religious differences in belief.) 19:40 I have noticed that stress caused by others and being over worked causes me problems. 42:57 I like that green top and shorts. 1:06:50 I love that you two are all natural women. I got a few more opinions when it comes to God, but I'll keep them to myself for now. I made it to the end. I write these comments while watching the video.
