Hey thanks man, I’ve started boxing the beginning of this year but haven’t really been going lately due to how my work/school schedule is. But you definitely motivated me to try and get back into it!
as a ex amateur boxer who trained with a lot of pros... never try to learn yourself something with just videos.... go to the box gym and train with the pros. digital class can obv help you... but you need to see the pros... annyway good luck and keep grinding.
100% agree mate thats why as i said in the video i trained with my university boxing team for 2 years and then trained with two different professional boxers (1 active, 1 recently retired) for some 1-1 training. The grind never ends, appreciate it mate
