It just happened to me this morning, he didn't kill anyone. At some point I vented in launchpad where he was after killing someone and yellow just happened to show up at that exact same time. The three of us ran through the hallway but he couldn't bother to kill yellow. After I was ejected, he finally killed someone, who happened to be the one person who was being suspected (apart from him). The rest were all clear. I'm still frustrated.
