depends on where you live tbh. if you're in any state with strict ass emissions (cali, new york) start with getting some good wheels and tires, go for a catback exhaust and some legal intake and exhaust manifold. I personally like the idea of a built N/A car so going lsvtec is a good option if you do it right and build the block. Swap in a b20 short block with a gsr head if you're in a state that doesn't care about emissions and doesn't have something like the BAR like Cali does and make sure you sleeve the block and upgrade the pistons and headstuds etc. Lots of options with integras those are just some ideas.
Mrslothboy lol I had good power/reliability with my b18b block with a b16a head. It’s little more involved than just a motor swap, but you get more torque in the lower rpm’s and the wonderful high power from the vtec. I wouldn’t attempt a h22 swap. It’s very difficult and it’s not very reliable. It’s also pretty expensive.
