Okay so you SAY he'd make a terrible mascot, but frankly I'd genuinely love to see a magical girl anime like that. Watching a show with a dynamic like that while the cat has a sophisticated deep voice is just entertaining as hell.

I feel like this would be such a cute concept for a magical girl show. One where the mascot is just a regular cat that can talk and has superpowers, but at its core it is just a very normal cat. That would lead to some fun shenanigans, I'm sure 😁

A show with Prince being like that would be really funny.

Since I have ADHD, this is also around where my medicine wears off and all notion of consequences are washed away. *And I go practically insane.* Once I randomly drove fifteen nails through the sunroof of my mom's car at three in the morning.

For the sadboy hours, I can relate. I'm still having my first pet (a guinea pig) who I'm very attached too, but sometimes, out of nothing, I just start thinking about his and my sister's guinea pig's deaths (they're 2 years away from the end of their expected lifespan). It's terrible.

My cat: gIVE ME ATTENTION- me: *pets her* My cat: *bites me and runs away* Me: w h y .

"We're real adults now." "..." "..." "Gross." Yep, that basically sums up my life.

I feel Emily so much, love her sincerity, as always, and I've never even had a pet in my lifetime, or at least was much too young to remember them. Sad hours, indeed, are very real and I've cried about cute animals not involving me at different times of the day, thinking the intrusive, disturbing thoughts, in my case of sometimes unrelated kinds, like you, and just the organisms and their own existence breaks my shell once in a while.

I have a also a cat she is already 21 years old and I understand you very well, she doesn't eat enough and can't see. It's everyday a horror, thinking that in every second she can be already dead. Every time when I see her sleeping I wake her up bc of that, and I am always happy when she looks at me with her ocean blue eyes (althrough she can't see anything) like 'why did u wake me up???'. I'm glad that she is still alive

I’ve lost many pets, the first one I remember not being as Heart broken as my parents. I was maybe 6, and our old old Cat Cream was getting to that point. I remember watching my mom be by her side petting her gently as she whispered “we’ll be ok, you can rest now” and Cream meowed for the last time before passing away. I’ve lost pets in more unfair ways though. The day my dachund Copper was taken by a coyote and never seen again is a memorie that’s sucks to remember. My and my parents rode our bikes around the neighborhood for hours with no sign of him. Since then, my experience with losing pets has been easier, as they have all been old and ready to leave. Still, my saddest pet loss was my Big Boy Punch, who was this fat teddy bear of a guard dog that would sleep with me at night to prevent my awful nightmares. His death was urgent, we had to rush him to the vet, and he passed away just before he would have been put down. His ashes remain in my living room, I miss him the most.

I can perfectly relate. I can't bare the thought of losing my little balls of fluff 🥺💔

It was then when Emily was bestowed her own magic powers as Emirichu, pretty magical girl guardian of justice! At least she would be, if her magical talking sidekick wasn’t so useless. So, Emily, along with her magical useless sidekick Prince, and her trusty animator pen staff, embarks on many misadventures defending their friends and family and their California home from the forces of evil! Thus is the tale of Mew Mew Emirichu 💖 (Hope you like it Emily!)

My sad boy hours happen randomly when it’s raining outside or there’s a sunset and it reminds me of pets I have already lost and my current pets that won’t be with me as long as I live and I just start randomly crying

Oh my gosh I used to do this with my Cat Star, I'd just hug her and cry at night hating the very idea of losing her, she passed away in 2014 and I still miss her and she now has a brother and sister who can never replace her and I am not looking forward to losing them but I am going to treasure them like I did with her.

I know what you mean, I have also had that experience of loosing a pet you loved, once my family and I had a pet cat named lucky, who was a British short hair descendant who we lost in a car crash. RIP my sweet Lucky.
