Duh!! I would rather invest 40 lakhs in renowned hotel chain like Country Inn that offers similar concept with higher ROI & other premium facilities. Apna resort bnane ke liye paise humse lera hai without land ownership. Dusri jagah land leke bnaalo apna with full ownership & own rules.

Very very costly for buying cottages… living is very hard in hills and rental income negligible… ppl are trying show Himalayan and snow to sell the land… better to earn interest on 60 lacs and stay in different places and better hotels…
