Thanks for making this video with so much detail. I can tell you love the car very much and it’s understandable. So much personality! Also amazing scenery. It looks like southern France. I live in the UK but my father lives in Languedoc 👌 I’m planning to buy a GTV but a later 2.0 JTS because it’s the only engine I can drive in my city without paying the charge and it will be my only car. It’s a shame because the twin spark is supposed to be very special but at least I’ll still have the style and driving will feel special!

Hi.Nice video. I share your love and appreciation for this Alfa model. I have a 2.0 Twin Spark as well . That is a difficult feat in America because the car was never sold here and so has to go through special importation. Mine is red with white graphics, similar to my 4c which you can see in my RU-vid logo here on the left.
@@Marcsauto Yes I am very lucky that I am stubborn and when I see something I like I do everything I can to get it. The story of obtaining the GTV is long and convoluted. I see you are on the south of France? I have gone several times and can tell you I have similar climate and geography here in central coast of California. So we both get to enjoy our Alfas under equal conditions. I have the Alfa 4c and GTV here. At my house in Mexico I have a Giulietta Quadrifoglio with the 4c engine. My final quest is to buy a flat on the Spanish coast and to get an Alfa Brera with the panoramic sunroof. Then I can enjoy your coastline in an open car!

I’ve always wondered why the PininFarina badge on 105 series Spiders was an “F”, I didn’t realize it meant it was assembled by them, thanks for that information.
'f' on a badge is for Farina (as in Battista Farina, owner of Pinin Farina) not for fabbricata. Design is by studio Pininfarina, Enrico Fumia to be exact. Yes, the car was designed in the 80's, from 1987 up to 1990. Very nice example and cool video. Love the scenery.
Beside the 'F' regarding Battista Farina a d not 'fabricata',you shoukd also know that the snake in the badge is related to the symbol of the Visconti family who ruled Lombardia.Take some time to learn this things before making videos about classic cars.
