I go over all the various drinks, and products that I use for an "all out" method to get EVERYTHING you need for nutrients, protein, and literally everything you and your body could ever want and your body desires. I will say though for a disclaimer this is not something that should be an Every Day event. As this is a demonstration of all at once. Hence the all-out method. This is overkill, but nevertheless, it's not recommended for everyone, and anything the body doesn't need, the body deposits. But not everyone is the same so be careful with these products.
But on a normal day, it goes:
Morning (Unless working): Celsius - this gives you more than enough energy to start your day off and get you moving. I notice a considerable difference between having Celsius and not. The energy difference is outstanding. It's also way healthier than Coffee.
If Working: Casein Protein.
Afternoon: Protein shakes.
Night (unless working): Mass Gainer.
If Working: Celcius for energy.
Then throughout the day, I may have the elyctrolights. It depends on how much I sweat and or if I was working out, etc. Likewise with the Creatine.
