• SURPRISING OUR MOM WIT...
I thought it would be fun to show you two minutes of Lucy, my Amazon Parrot singing "Somewhere Over The Rainbow".
You could also look at this video as an example of what an Amazon Parrot might sound like all day.

She’s a beauty. Would be neat if she and Tico meet and sing a duet. This 66 yo gal is headed to her first bird show this week, in Cleburne, tx. Thanks to you Marlene I now know of these, saw an older birdmart video. I would love to rescue a bird after my senior kitty passes. Ty for the wonderful videos, I learn so much while laughing!

I've heard a few amazons sing and talk with quite distinct voices, but Lucy and Tico are like twins separated at birth! Have a great day, Marlene!

@@MARLENEMCCOHEN hey Marlene, you said in a recent vid you like everything perfect. If you have pets (and birds, as many as you lol) you gotta try the Bissell Powerclean carpet cleaner. My house has carpets (couldn't find a house with polished boards this time ugh) and yesterday I tested it out where my potty trained parrot poops sometimes missing the tree/stand. It is amazingly good at removing poop and quite fun! If you have pets, rugs or carpets, especially if you rent, it's a definite must!

Those dubbel yellow headed amazones are so very talented. Lucy is the thirth amazone that is a great imitator and talker. The first one is Destiny, (talker) the second is Tico, great singer, and now Lucy, talker and singer. Congratulations with such a talented bird. Love to here from her again.❤😊

I LOVE LUCY!!!!! OMG this got me in tears as my green chicken used to sing all kinds of Disney songs with me, a whole new world was one of his favourites. He has been over the rainbow for 18 years but Nicky left a hole in my heart that nobody ever can repair.

Marlene - you totally need to check out “Tico and the Man”! Tico is amazing and sings along to Frank, Jr’s guitar playing? Be sure to watch Tico also performing with Frank, Sr. - who accompanies Tico on a grand piano. Your parrot and their parrot have strikingly similar routines. 👵🏻🐾💕🇨🇦
