My ARTHURIAN & NORDIC decks

The Authurian Tarot was rereleased this last Spring with the Hollowquest included. The Legend one is out of print and hard hard to get. Thanks for posting your decks:))

Hi Mervat! I’m so sad the Legend Arthurian Tarot is out of print. It’s so beautiful. 😭 I might need to get the Complete Arthurian Tarot and make it my study deck. I love when you held up the decks all together, they’re so beautiful together! I might need the Wildwood too. The Yggdrasil Oracle is beautiful. What a perfect study oracle.

Oh! I meant to say that my sister’s first deck was the old Mythic Tarot. She absolutely loves it and told me I need to get it sometime soon. 🙂

Hi Mervat, thank you for sharing your gorgeous decks again! 😍 I enjoyed the selection some of which I have never seen or heard of. First of all, the Wildwood is a stunning deck and one that I have had for a while but sadly don’t use. I think it’s because the different system is confusing and I don’t resonate with some of the titles. I don’t have The Arthurian Tarot but I do have The Arthurian Legend Tarot which I bought ages ago with the guide book. It reminds me of a psychic reader I used to go to and I love the imagery 💗 The Llewellyn Tarot is a classic - and one of my favourites. I wouldn’t trim yours unless you have a second copy - that is my opinion as the borders have a vintage charm too like you said. Do share with us if you end up trimming or buying a second copy though! I have the Wisdom of Avalon Oracle and love it although the edges chip so easily and I had to use a felt tip to cover the edges. Your copy looks immaculate. I love the Dark Wood Tarot and the guidebook is super as it’s written by Sacha Graham. I love Abigail Larson’s artwork - she has a Horror Tarot but I am not interested in that. I have never seen the Vikings Tarot and like you have mixed feelings 😊. Some images are gorgeous and draw you in but some are quite violent. So a mixed bag but probably worth getting to know! I have the old version of the Mythic Tarot with guidebook - I bought this a long time ago and love The Empress like you and The High Priestess which are so beautiful. I love The High Priestess as she is depicted like Persephone going down to Hades…. Finally, I do think the Old English Tarot is lovely and quaint. I love the small images which remind me of a deck I bought recently called Rose Tarot by Nigel Jackson. It also has tiny images on the Pip cards and it’s quite beautiful. Have you heard of it? I also think it’s cool that you are trying to learn about the Norse Gods and Runes 👏🏽 One of your decks also reminds me of Heaven and Earth Tarot… which I don’t have but it’s on my wish list 🤗. I also have the legend Arthurian deck also. I got it in 2001 or 2002. I had it with me when I lived in egypt but I got rid of the book when I moved back to the usa. Also the Celtic tarot and I got rid of that book too.
