🔵RECIPE🔵
1️⃣[Indian dish- Rassam]
-1 tsp halba campur
-2 crushed garlic bulbs
-1 diced tomato
-2 diced shallots
-1 tangkai curry leaves
-1 tangkai chopped coriander
-2 tbsp Rassam powder
-tamarind juice (2 tbsp tamarind paste with seeds and 4 tbsp water, remove the seeds after soaking in water)
-Add about 750 ml water
-garnish with more chopped coriander
-1 tsp crushed black pepper or a few dashes of black pepper powder
2️⃣[Malay Style Telur Ikan Goreng Kunyit]
-Around 350g fish roe (soak with cooking wine/ginger juice/vinegar to eliminate fishy smell)
🔸you can opt for chicken or sotong to replace fish roe because it’s not easy to get fish roe and it’s very high cholesterol too 🤭
-1 tsp turmeric powder
-1 tbsp fish curry powder
-salt
-pepper
-some cili padi (up to you how spicy you want it to be)
-some curry leaves
-half a Holland onion (leraikan so it becomes onion rings)
3️⃣[Chinese Style Garlic Stir-fry Yao Mak]
-2 crushed garlic bulbs
-About 300g Yao Mak/Baby Romaine
-About 1 tbsp fish/soy sauce
-A few dashes of white pepper powder
