damn thats a nice backi :) I wouldn't listen to all the people trying to correct that formof yours. You got it easy done. I think how you do it looks even better then "the correct way" to backflip if that even exist. And i think ifyou keep it that way you will have an easyer time doing it in other sports aswell. Like on Skis, cliffs and many more. Laid back Backflips always win against Tucked ones if you ask me. Def. Subscribed. Keep em comin ;)
Great video Here are some tips You are throwing your head back and not tucking hard that causes to do a layout maybe you should try to look at one spot then when you are going for the jump and can't look at that spot tuck as hard as you can and you can land it so smooth
Try looking forward as you take off until you reach max height, then throw you vision up and back, the grab for the front of your knees as you rotate... You'll go higher and rotate faster. But solid effort and commitment to landing it 👍
Bro i had learned backflip i could do backflip both from higher place as well as on flat ground but now i can only do proper backflip from h3ight otherwise i am still landing on my knees if i do this on flat ground
Maybe try to jump higher and then do backflip, you always jump and immediately do backflip, try to reach dead point and then wrap up. I am not from English country so i Hope you understood me.
You'll break your neck throwing your head back like that lol. Stare at something the whole time you're doing the backflip until you rotate. Also lift your chest and hips super high like a string is pulling them up THEN rotate. Yes you need rotation for a backflip but the height in my opinion is more important.
yeah you're not tucking. you also throw your head back a ton it almost looks painful. try to stare at something during your set until you start rotating over. then you can look for your landing. also throw your chest up too. and go straight up you're going super far back. also tuck. bring your legs to your chest not your arms to your legs and you will land it much cleaner.
