Constructive criticism: Roll the sain tight between the shovels, when walking make sure the net is at an angle with the bottom of the net being in front. This will allow you to just slowly flatten the net more off the bottom and pick it up with all the fish still in it. Then you won't have them swimming away at the end of each swipe and you won't need the normal net. Love the content, keep it coming.

Good tip and don't keep the net in a straight line. A u shape gets them in the net and you don't lose all of them swimming around the side. Try to keep moving forward with as few stops as possible just keep going till the whole net is out of the water. When you stop it gives them time to find the way out.

When seining, keep the bottom of the pole forward, about 45 degree angle. That keeps the best contact with the bottom of the pond and scoops everything up into the net. I've been seining since probably 8 years old. You guys are getting better, but keeping the bottom of the poles forward is key! The little pond is a huge success! 😀

Stretch the seign tight and keep your poles that your holding pointed out away from you, and drag the bottom. Walk as fast as you can. When you get to the end both people pull there poles up and everything will be in the net

I think you should add a few Paddle fish to your big pond. Imagine going out for a bass adventure in the next year or so and hooking into a big 40lb paddle fish in your back yard pond. Great work on the new pond Andrew Keep it up.

You do t want anything competing with the bass if you want giant bass, not big bass but giants. Walleye, perch, catfish all eat bass food. You want it solely a bass fishery. The ranch pond put everything in it or the pond by the ware house

Seining is very simple if you can maintain bottom contact and speed, close at the right angle with your pool and haul it in evenly to keep the leads on the bottom and the fish in the bag. Highly advise using four fish totes horizontal and loading net into the rear totes and shaking the fish in the front tote. Using two totes to store gets you ready to set again without having to untangle a mess. Order 1/8 for fry, which you should probably leave in the pool, or 3/8 - 1/4” mesh for everything above that like that breeders. Memphis Net & Twine builds nice commercial nets. I’m sure they could hook you up.

I'd love to see you go into a cranberry field and grab cranberries. They flood the field making the ripe berries float but it also brings all the spiders that were on the ground up onto the floating berries and the workers get covered in hundreds of spiders while collecting the cranberries. it would be straight comedy watching you do it

I think Pork Chop is a Duroc, and they can get up to around 1000 pounds, so she is going to be a lot bigger than Deb. They grow until they're around 5 years old and most female Durocs grow to around 700-750 pounds, but some get a bit larger, but either way, she is going to get around twice as big as she is now. lol

Thats cool your getting your shop rebuilt that will be so nice to have it done before winter. O By the way just so you all know that it's starting breading time so you need to git all of your traps set for predators i would rather you trap them then them getting to your animals. You can build a 20'x20' with no floor and put into the ground well they call them tornado tie downs so that way the wind can't blow it over

flat strap decoy weights zip tied across the bottom. Also, longer poles so you can push the bottom as far ahead of the top as possible and when you get to the end you drag the weights on to shore first to create a pocket of net. I used to make a killing trading shiners for a "donation" as a kid.

Try to keep the net tight and walk faster. When you get to the end both people just pick it up with picking up the side on the bottom first and all the fish are going to fall to the middle of the net. Then you can just dump them into a bucket or scoop them up.

Pond is lower than the hatcheries right? Why not make a 4-6” pvc siphon pipe to transfer everything? It wouldnt be as cool I guess but you’d have next to zero deaths. If you pump that down even with a filter, you’re going to lose a ton of fry and minnows

Hey idea for a dux and bux product. You should design a bag/ set for morning breakfast in the blind. Pockets for cooking utensils. Maybe a built in pocket cooler for eggs, bacon, or ham… and of course chocolate milk. It would be nice to have a bag to fill the night before and grab in the morning. Obviously it’s a staple in your videos and would be useful to others who want a morning blind breakfast.

Build something like a pavilion. Concrete pad roof but also two sides and then leave the other two sides open. Then the animals can walk through or bed down in there. And easy to clean in and out.

Ya'll need to get a four wheeler trailer or something about that size. Than get a decent size tank cut about a 3 to 6 inch hole than install a nozzle so you can make it easier to move the fish to the pond at your warehouse and your personal pond.

You need to pull the bass out when they get big enough to eat the minnow breeders. At that point they are big enough to not get eaten in the big pond and it gives the minnow pond time to replenish the minnow population

When using the sain net you should force the bottom taught and keep it further forward then the top top create and scooping action when you sain to the far end

When you use the seine net lay it back on a angle so the weights are forward and to floats are floating and when you finish lay it down flat while picking it up to keep the fish in the center of the net just helping out
