I tried calling Customer Care of Nadhini Batteries, in Tamil Nadu. No answer till date. Suppose if I have bought a battery from that Company, I will also be struggling like you.
The new products are actually updated after this video. I spoke to the top management and the problem is sorted. Still needs few fine tunings but that does not affect users like total failure.

I also faced board complaint in 1.5 years of purchasing the fan, they sent the technician after 2 days of compliant registration... But leading brand ordinary fans works flawlessly for more than 10 years....
Have you tried Crompton BLDC... They are economic just Rs 2800 with 🖐️5 years on-site warranty... Even higher models are less price 😁... It's operating voltage is also wide 90v -300v 😊no other brand gives this important feature ❤
maybe ur experience is different , i bought superfan 2 year ago , after a year , it made a weird sound . i went to the shop where i purchased ,and made a complaint , after 3 days service man came and changed the IC , no charges . and i was happy , fan working fine , on 3rd year now

I purchased atomberg bldc fan 2017. 2nd fan in 2018. This year only 1st fan board fault not work. Then i call company service man, he changed board and cost rs.600 plus service charge 300. I am fully satisfied. My total en bill per year Rs 1600.
Recently Sakalakala Tv has done a factory tour of this fan company. May be you should contact Arunai Sundar and he might have MD's no. The other point to note is that Indian companies have a distinct difference between sales and support of a product. Reasonably good products focus on building scalable sales models but fail to build basic after sales support systems. In most of the cases, after sales support exist only on paper (Like in your example - press 1 for English) and skilled people are not deployed in after sales. Unless this area is addressed India cannot get big in manufacturing segment.
my superfan recently got a problem after raising a ticket, they told me to send warranty details and bill to a WhatsApp number after a few days following they came and changed the board.. they never process systematically but following them daily made it works in four days

Correct, I tried this tn fan company customer care for enquiry about fan for purchase, but wating time is more and they said our tech team will connect you within hour. Now it's more than 3 weeks , no one contact me. May be 1 hour not yet come for that company. If I tried to reach WhatsApp but no proper response... Better to choose other company bldc fan...they r loosing new customer...
There is always a room for improvement. Not just them, many companies are struggling to provide quality service. Seems like automation in business process should happen soon...
Yes Mr. Naveen,I am Krithivasan from Chennai.I am also facing a similar problem.I bought Atomburg pedestal fan In 2019 september. for the past 2 months, the remote and the fan is not working. My complaint to customer care more than 6 times has not given any result Every time they say service person will come in 48 hours. but nobody has come more than 6 times I have sent mail for that also there is no responce,Now I am trying to find anybody in Chennai who will help to rectify the fan While searching I came across your video. Can you suggest somebody to help me?I suspect the problem is with the board.I have not opened the fan..Your advice pl.
Ha ha. Let's troubleshoot. Open your phone camera and put the remote in front and press a button and see if the led is blinking through your phone cam. If it doesn't, it's the remote problem, we can do an alternate for that. Or else it's the board in the fan, repair or rework can be done...

You know this company is Tamil Nadu based, you're a Tamilan then why would you choose no.1 for English? Rendu dhadava call pottu work agalana naan language mathi try pannirupen, Email, or written complaint na English kooda ok.

But amazon has worst service for non prime holders because i ordered the product and delivery delayed for more than a week delivery executive rude and denied delivery finally they cancelled the order as earlier i was a prime member for 2 years but i have not renewed but experienced the worst

The fan company contacted me after this video, I visited their factory and shared the issues I faced and my feedback. They only had glitch in the service segment and not in product segment and that can be corrected with effort. Hence I did not disclose the company name. I always support Tamilnadu based businesses & industries.
Super fan bro. It is cbe based company. I am also using the same product in my home fpr past 2 yrs. My experience is gud. But as he mentioned in previous video, this ppm rate of failure is very high so 3 out of 10 will definitely face an issue. I also heard from some of my frnds the same is happened to them. Luckily i got escaped 😁😆

In too had this problem on eureka Forbes aquagaurd.inlet hose had gone worn out and cuts frequently. I called service person of company for my locality he said to come with in two days but for past 3 weeks he dint attend. At last i called to know local service person he immediately came and gave it. Crompton 28w energon bldc (without remote )is worst. They said speeb can be controlled by regulator. But speed runs on mode 3 inregulwtor even of we keep regulatpr step to 1. At last dealer of crompton said bldc model is failured. So we dint further recoment to customer. My money is total waste. In taught of electricity I wasted money..
