We've been using the Superfans for the past 7 years. Those are working fine still and they did the wonderful service support twice by exchanging the fan head through the service person. We didn't go anywhere for repairing it. It's really worthy to buy the Superfan. Most importantly it's very helpful to the senior people for controlling the fan through remote. Please do continue your fantastic products manufacturing and service supports.🙏😊

Awesome sir, hats off to you, as you are electrician, you can advice the kid to wear gloves right, timing 6.27 minutes le oru payyan 1.5KV power operation handle pannuran, but without gloves. Safety measures konjam follow pannanum,. Romba chinaa payan sir. Nama brother maathiri. Hats off to the Super fan company, equally gave opportunity to girls and boys in the company. Awesome. I have three superfan V1 model; bought 2 nos. in 2017, and 1 in 2018. All of them failed once or twice within 5 years (warranty period). Though the service persons come in 1 or 2 days timeframe and replace board in it, I am reluctant now to go with BLDC fans anymore and planning to buy conventional fans, where it requires only condenser to be replaced once in a while, which I had been doing for decades.

If the BLDC fans are failing frequently in the same place, it is due to inefficient wiring that produces input voltage transients. We regret that you had a less than fruitful experience with BLDC fans. Now our fans have higher protection against transients and lightning, hope your Superfans are resilient hereafter.

I purchased 5 nos of bldc superfans 1.5 years before after watching your video ,its outlook is amazing,performance amazing,electricity consumption comparatively very low,service after sales is wonderful, but the only thing I felt little difficult is its drive getting damaged in rain and thunder seasons and replacing with new drives ,it's costing too much for technician, otherwise superman is very super

Just now I have ordered the super fan after Checking all the technical parameters with other brand's. Finally end up with super fan. 1st - Air delivery at 3 point of room 2nd - 5 year Warrenty 3nd - Noise level 4th - speed fine tuning button 5th - MFG at Coimbatore the one thing I missed is 35 Watts Power consumption competitor one is 28 Watt but that not give air delivery like super fan all the 3 point of room. I don't know why other brand's selling more in online for example atomberg.

Repairing cost is high than normal AC fan. We have to replace the whole PCB board if it get fault. AC fan is better compare to this for long years use

Fan is good... but if the fan gets problem even within Warrenty peroid(Mostly the Board will go) and if you are in Tier 2/3 cities then better not to go for there.. if you are in Tier 1 city(eg:Chennai) then the service is there... not sure what is the problem between the operators and distrubutors and service personals... so Think and buy. My suggestion dont go for this fan if you are in Tier 2/3 as i am also affect by this issue.My review is based on pratical ground level sutivation.

Based on your word I purchased 7 fans and replaced normal fans. They said the Price Rs. 3700 per number. After bargaining fixed price at Rs.3500 and supplied by them. When unpacked 6 are with neet packing and one was loose packing. After fixing loose packed fan went out of order within 3 days. They arranged local service person under guarantee who changed the PC board. Then it worked for one month again went out of order. Same service person came and said one wire snapped and refixed. Now bearing noice is coming. So six fans supplied new and one fan could be used fans to compensate the reduced price of Rs. 25900-24500=1400. This is not logic and unfair by Super fan company.

Hello Sir, I used BLDC fan from CG. I found one interesting issue with tha fan. When the fan is running, if you stop by hands, then it will not start rotating gain. It will simply be vibrating and give humming sound. If we switch off and switch ON again, it will work fine. The reason is, to reduce the cost and complexity they dont use any position sensors (Hall sensors) If possible, I request you to do this experiment and let us know. Old models does not have that safety wire. Out of 5 fans one model got issue after 5yes of usage, service cost is high, rest all fine.

@17:00, since both top and bottom of fan rotates, I believe this is given. In normal fan, this is not applicable as we don't have 2 rotations.
