Today I share with you my recipe that I have modified a little, I do not roll the meat in the pancake but I mix it with the dough, it is prepared with rice flour and tapioca, in two time. It is imperative that the dough is rested for at least 30 minutes, this is to make it more flexible when making the pancake.
The recipe ingredients are for 8 pancakes (2 people).
👉🏻 Ingredients for 8 BANH CUAON pancakes:
✔️1st mix:
▪️20g rice flour
▪️10g tapioca flour
▪️250g of water
✔️2nd mix:
▪️100g rice flour
▪️100g tapioca flour
▪️1/2cc of salt
▪️375g at room temperature + 50g boiling water
▪️2 tbsp oil
👉🏻 Ingredients for the sauce:
▪️2 garlic cloves
▪️1-2 peppers (optional)
▪️1 tsp powdered sugar
▪️2-3 tbsp fish sauce
▪️ the juice of a lime
▪️40-50g hot water
