I am not married or pregnant yet but i use Shear butter, coconut oil and other essential oils on my stomach, Butts, and breast every day, just getting the routine set up before that moment arrives, trust me it works. My mum have no stretch marks after 9 deliveries 😅😅😅
@@teetee6597 I also use castor oil, marijuana oil, cacao butter I usually apply them before I apply my body lotionz they help to keep your skin very elastic and soft
Congratulations 🎊 on the coming Beautiful baby. So happy for you Olivia. It's Great to See U & Olivia and Belly. Serna you're so down to Earth ❤and a Awesome Mother. Best wishes to your Beautiful growing Family 🌸
I honestly never realized how beautiful she is. She’s so true to herself and genuine in this video. I’m glad that I got see this side of her. I’ve only seen the sport side in the past. Thank you for this informative video!
I think Olympia is going to be a very adorable and loving big sister. Looks like she also adores her mother - as she should do! Hope everything goes well for you. Blessed and best wishes.
Keep it up Serena I have 4 babies and 30 years later not a stretch mark in sight. Use this regimen with support for the belly’s growing weight…….Trust and believe it works.
I did NOTHING and 3 kids later had no stretch marks. 5lbs girl, 7 lbs boy and 9 lbs boy in that order. I know I was lucky but always wonder who gets stretch marks who doesn't. What's the science behind it.
In Georgia (the country) this is the norm. Every mother calls her child “mom/mommy” and every father calls his child “dad/daddy.” It’s hard to explain in English but in Georgian it sounds natural.
@@KevinAustin9 Sounds good to me. Brings that special bond with your children. I have a lot of mixed black friends in France & I just love thier culture. My Grand Adele Bourbon would always say to me in French that racism is a satanic mentality. She has several black friends growing up she said and I miss her so. Greetings from Lyon France Arnaud Bourbon Amaral 🇫🇷🤗🙏🌎🌍🌏💙
Serena is so funny! I’m not even pregnant but I watched this whole belly routine and took mental notes. Fingers crossed that it works with no stretch marks.
Yes we tuned in ! Serena and Olympia are so cool together, great mom and a very sweet, well behaved daughter (I love the way she started workin on her own belly!)
I know pregnant women will appreciate your tips on how to reduce their stretch marks. 😊 Congrats on baby #2! Aww I love your daughter mentioned that she is your best friend! 😊 Olympia is serious about her dolls!!😂
Hey mama even I’m pregnant and I cannot agree more that coconut oil helps your with stretch marks. I used it even in my first pregnancy and had no stretch marks at all and even now I’m using it and so far so good that there’s no stretch mark appearance as yet. 🎉
Omg Serena lol. I'm so happy you chose to share such an intimate part of your life with us here in these YT streets! Olympia really tickled me when she was talking about the dolls' hair and the camera zoomed in. My mouth was wide open. 😂
With both my children I used cocoa butter day and night!! I wore support hose everyday and would pull them all the way up over my belly. I taught my 2 sisters the same routine and none of us have stretch marks on our stomachs. My baby sister has 4 kids and not 1 stretch mark🙌🏾 I tried to inform my female cousins what to do but they wouldn’t listen aaaaand, you know the results 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
Oh! Wow. My mother swore by that routine too. She had loads of babies. I got lucky to have small babies & never got to full term so I was spared. It's a good thing to pass along.
@@eseoghene27ighorae59 they were like pantyhose but the material was thicker. They were used to keep women from getting varicose veins. It was an old trick my mother taught me when I was pregnant with my first child. Kind of like compression socks but in the form of pantyhose.
Oh, this was so fun to see. Olympia as director and then as participant is adorable. You, as always, look amazing. Wishing you ease and a safe delivery and post delivery.
Ooooh that looks so soothing mama S! My how Olympia has grown!!! And can I just say that I love how you always keep your parenting 💯 [in this and other content]. Gentle course correction and yet Olympia's spirit is strong and intact...just like mama! Call me old fashioned but I find that admirable Thanks for sharing. 🎉🫶🏽 #bellycare #serenaandolympia #family #parenting
Welcome to RU-vid Serena! Gotta say that was very abrupt beginning. Straight to the belly 😂😂 I really tuned in for Olympia & the cure kid moments ngl. Would love to see some videos of her playing tennis 🎾
So great that you shared this, Queen Serena! Pregnancy agrees with you and you are gorgeous. Your baby girl is likewise. So glad to see you two in your household space.❤🎉😊
Congratulations and thank you so much for sharing your pregnancy journey with us. You bring back fond memories of when I was pregnant with my daughter 23 years ago. You and your daughter have a fantastic bond! Wishing you a safe and healthy delivery for the the both of you!!
Fingers crossed you have a stress free uncomplicated delivery with Madam Butterfly playing in the background, it'll help you regulate your breathing! 😎
It's such a joy watching you and your little daughter! We watched you from day one with your braids and beads and we were always so proud. We love you and your family❤❤❤
You look so beautiful. That is what grandma ordered and you got it ! The oiling regime is good also for the muscle between your number one and two. I did that and had no cut nor tear at all. Thanks 👍🏾
It's not TMI- many pregnant ladies need this info, and some young ladies need to know what to expect when they decide to get pregnant ❤❤❤❤❤❤lots of love from Texas.😊
Wishing you and the baby good health, your an awesome mom Serena,, Olympia will be an amazing big sis...Congrats to Alexis too for being such a wonderful father, dad and husband.....wishing you all a wonderful happy healthy loving long life....🎉❤
Love this! I'm not pregnant, but I've been making my own whipped body butter with all those ingredients- shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, vitamin e oil. It's been a good way to get them all in at once!
I’m so glad you’re letting us be a part of this journey with you! You’re a staple in a lot of peoples lives and I think we would have been devastated if you transitioned out of tennis and then disappeared! I didn’t know this would be what it was… But Im great full we still get to “hang out” with you! ❤️
Well, mega kudos to the camera lady! 💕 As for mama, glowing and looking super happy. Excellent. Oh! 😂 love that Olympia was not down with sharing bff status 🙏
Serena, you look great! It would be such a cliché to say you're glowing, but you are glowing. 🌟 Olympia is adorable and her butterfly shirt is so cute. Praying for a safe delivery! Please make sure your doctors have all the details on Olympia's birth. Hope you and all your family are well, and enjoying summer! 😎🙏🌸🏖️
Me again! Dr. Chevelta. Becareful with what you put on your belly/skin. Your skin is your biggest organ. It absorbs everything and there is potential for it crossing the placental barrier. I would strongly encourage you to research EVERYTHING you put on or in your body! You are soo beautiful! Praying for you and your family!!
If you are genetically predisposed to getting stretch marks, you gonna get them no matter what you do. You can improve the appearance with these products but it won't stop them. I used cocoa butter, shea butter, coconut oil, bio oil and more and still got stretch marks with both my pregnancies
“They almost go to my knees now.” He, he, hee, hee, (wish I could express my laughter in words). You’re so cool Serena, and you and Olympia are beautiful. Take care of yourself and yours. A fun video.
Thanks Serena, this is an eye-opener. I had a lot of stretch marks after my 1st pregnancy. I will definitely try this for my 2nd. Greetings from italy 🇮🇹
