That Jurassic park tent is pretty sick. Great ROI on those dodford things. Love picking stuff up for a $1 then flipping it for $50* anyway, cheers from Thailand 🙌🏿
George, thank you for your videos. They help all of us resellers more than you realise however, ref the lair/man cave, displaying collectables etc. I would keep the things your family buys for you, or the things you picked up when with your kids or wife, but otherwise.... put it into holidays away. The memories you will get from those holidays are priceless! That's what I do. 😄
CCD is becoming the magic keyword for old digital cameras, due to the vintage look it imparts to images. Do make sure what you're selling actually has a CCD sensor, though. Goes without saying also to look out for digital cameras with CCD sensors.
i've got a load of old jurrassic park collectables just like that. looking to sell my collection. i paid pence for some bits, which i know are worth £££ today. never knew you were part of the jurassic park collectors fb group, mate.
That James bond item is cool, I have a full script from casino royal that belonged to the art department manager Simon wakefield have no idea what it would be worth
Things slip through. A shop I go to that usually prices good brands up had a Versace polo shirt for next to nothing that verified authentic with CLG tag. Looking repeatedly is the key. I've managed to work out the stock keeping system (colour codes) of some local charity shops and can now just browse clothing stock they've just put out.
Charity shop pays £0 for items, and get 25% extra on top of what you pay from the government. Charity shops choose what prices they ask for, and decide whether an item sits on the shelf for months making them £0 because they think they're entitled to the prices they see on eBay, or sells instantly and they can replace it with another item that cost them nothing and sell that too. The charity shop also doesn't have to deal with all the customer service etc.
Why would he? He doesn’t owe the charity shop anything he’s paid what they were asking. What he makes on charity finds is minuscule compared to what the CEO’s take from the charity for their own pockets each year!
