@Tiew met they're saying that the magnet thumbs only worked because the balls were magnetic, so if they weren't metal ball bearings he wouldn't be able to use the magnets and would have to use the spin lock
Kudos to Wes, that was genius to plan the mechanics for that. I for sure thought the bolts into the base bored was to throw you off. So...........when does manufacturing begin? Branded 3rd puzzles 🤣🤣 awesome video guys👌

I think this is actually my favorite puzzle on this entire channel -- better than even the Will Strijbos puzzles, the wooden object-shaped puzzles, or the $20,000 custom ones. It's clever and fun without taking itself too seriously. Go Wes!!!
