It’s undeniable! He’s so much more relaxed and free. Even with his kids. It’s insane what a relationship that is no longer functioning well can do to a person. I love seeing him thrive. Their kids are gonna benefit from both of them having a healthy space in life without the relationship dragging them down.

It bothers me to see kyra has back up RU-vid channel and he gives all the ok baby as they would be together for ever I know how he feels and the regrets, I had similar situation for my ex he left us me and my kids and I didn’t have any backups, a lot hardships, hardwork , and patience , me and my kids we are living our best life.

Life should be what you're comfortable with. Some like excitement and travel, others do not. Life is not a one size fits all. They'll get that homebody life with kyra and that thrill life with oscar, a good balance of both worlds.

I know that feeling you have when you're debating moving... all my friends, family and godbabies are here in TX. I took the plunge to CA, with two other friends, in the middle of the pandemic! Well, not long after that I found myself driving back 🤣 I think thay saying "it's about the journey" is much more accurate the more I travel. For me, having places to escape or visit are more precious than living there. Once something becomes more permanent rather than an adventure, it seems I lose my appreciation for it. However, it is ultimately up to what your heart wants and what's best for your family. Choose wisely, friend. ♡ loved this fun trip for you!

You know Oscar, I feel for you. Over 4 years ago I got dumped by the love of my life. I was willing to fight, he wasn't. The pain doesn't go away. I learn to live with it. I'm in a relationship with someone else now, hes amazing, but you get "it" only once in life. Dont feel like you have to smile all the time. I know its your coping mechanizm. Toxic positivity is dangerous. You're an amazing man and a father. You deserve better. You really do. And I think you need a dog as well. I find watching your family channel very disturbing now so I dont do it anymore. Im glad you're back to posting, Ive always loved your style of editing and vlogging the most. @@AnnA-jd4xm I’ve been in therapy for over 10 year 😅maybe let me rephrase. I believe you can love two people. Sometimes it’s healthier to love someone from the distance as it’s better for you if that person is not good for you. I believe in spending good and happy life with someone who’s not the love of your life for the same reason. It would be unfair if he didn’t know about it. I know my bf is in exact same situation as I am with his ex gf. We are both in therapy (separate of course) for different reasons, but that’s been and still is discussed during sessions. We are in a very healthy relationship (probably due to therapy), we know how to talk, communicate, respect each other, solve problems etc. I’d even say it’s too healthy sometimes. But we work perfectly together. We have everything you’d want the relationship to have. We are just not the loves of our lives to each other and that’s okay :) Also, thank you so much for such a respectful response. Normally I get so much hate for that. Thanks for not being judgmental ♥️

@@ILoveYou24213 overall this relationship was in a way toxic. I can see it from time perspective. I’ll never be fully healed. Same as I’ll never be fully ready to be in a relationship. I’m very skeptical about relationships, bonding etc. this is they way it is. I know I’m not over him. And I never fully will. And that’s okay :)
Starting from the beginning to catch myself up. I’ve been a sub on OkBaby since you guys were pregnant with Levi. I’ve been heartbroken for you guys seeing your relationship ending but man I am so excited for your channel. I have always loved your vlog style and editing!
I have seen parents do 50/50 with 3 months with mom, 3 months with dad, 3 months with mom, 3 months with dad. Thats harder with school though. Or 6 months 6 months.
You really should consider moving closer to friends. I know with kids its makes it harder but I've know many people who travel for work but have split custody. They just do alternating months instead of alternating weeks with the kids and use short term rentals when they come back to town for their months during the school year, then they just split the summer in half. Kids are all grown and have great relationships with both parents so I know it can work. You just seem so much happier in this environment, Kyra said she wants to find her happiness and you should do the same!!!
Lol oscar and the sunscreen. I get it lol. I gotta say. Im liking this new version of oscar. I wont get into why, but i didnt watch many of the videos on okbaby. For a multitude of reasons. But i really love oscars solo energy. We all hurt. We all go thru stuff. We all put on a brave face in public and feel the darkness alone. But at some point comes a tiny light. Im feelin like oscar is all about that light lately 🤗.
Nope unfortunately the way it works with custody is you have to live in the same county your kids were born in. You can move away but you will lose the majority of custody if you do and you will be responsible for getting them back and forth and really only have them like a month in the summer and a couple of breaks during school spring break and maybe like a week for Christmas otherwise to keep split custody you have to reside in the same county until your kids are 18 that's what got me trapped in Texas.
I know it's not as easy to do with kids and splitting time between parents, but Florida really feels like a good fit for you and even if you could just move down firstly for the summer when the older kids are out of school, I feel like it would do you the world of good. a fresh start in a sense

That wouldn't be a good idea considering the kids are starting schools, have their extra activities etc. Keeping their routine as normal as possible is what will help. Especially Levi since he's at the age where he will start forming proper friendships with his school friends

Oscar I love seeing you so happy! I got divorced last year out of a 23yr marriage/3 kids, and you call me higher! I had been with him since I was a teen like you and Kyra. Your positive attitude is unreal and such a great way to approach life. I’m sure it isn’t always how you “feel” but I stand in awe of your commitment to having such a great approach. It’s evident you are such a good person and Dad! What’s insane to me is HOW MUCH HAPPIER YOU SEEM! To be honest you always struck me as a little uptight. You seem so much more relaxed and like you are embracing and enjoying your kids more. People always think it’s so sad when relationships/marriages of many many years end. Not always! You are proof.
