Congratulations !!! I don't know how he can be so relaxed between competitions , that he can go back to the Hotel and nap. I'd be a bundle of nerves, and would just lay there. It's interesting to see and hear how others conduct their lives.

Congratulations you looked amazing. Only ever divided of the 10 meter once , at Leicester St Margaret's Pool , this was 40 years ago and my friends had been up a couple of times and I thought yeee I can do that . I froze and a man on the speaker told me to dive or climb down , everyone looking , So I went for it , I could feel my legs going back but managed to enter the water with out landing on my back . Never been on any boards since but I fore filled my dreams watching you . Love to all your family. Take care everyone 😉

You are the only non-Chinese diver I reckon to be on the same level with the Chinese. Not just the medals you've won, but also the flexibility and the stiffness of your core which helps minimizing splashes.

Some great warm up dives you had at the start of the video. Shame you had some day comp dives. But at least it was another medal. Something else that was nice to see, that we don’t get to see normally, is the whole team supporting you on the podium. Amazing!

ugh. I have had dry needling for physical therapy and hate it. Don't mind the TENS, but the dry needling is awful. Accupunture, for me, is like a much, much gentler form of dry needling. Also.. well done!
