I don't usually write comments on RU-vid, but i wanted to say You are amazing person Tina and i am sure there are many silent viewers like me out there but love you and the things you do. You are the youtuber that i love the most, not just as a youtuber but as a person i look up to you. i watch every single one of your videos and i like them all. *Personally you’ve always been one of my favorite RU-vidrs~ you’ve always been 100% true to yourself and it shows. I think that’s why you have such a substantial following. Please know you are very talented and beautiful inside and out. I wouldn’t want you to ever feel stressed or feel that you need to produce a certain type of content based on any sort of feedback. thank you for making this video. For a long time that I've been watching your videos, you had always been like an ethereal, untouchable figure for me (in a good way, of course). It's kind of like a fan viewing their favorite idol, and at times I tended to forget that on the other side of the screen, you're a normal human being too. I'm from Italy, it's 05:40 a.m. and I can't sleep because of insomnia. Your videos have the power to relax me, your voice is always so sweet, I adore your smile, and the way you talk.Honestly I think that a lot of youtubers don't know how to express themselves, they always seem fake even if it's not true. However you're so genuine, cute and mature, I have no doubt you're 100% real. Your fears prove that you love working, that you want us to be in our comfort zone and connected to you and your ideas.I think that haters also effect you because your goal is to always improve yourself and you see that critics like "I haven't done enough, I want to do better", it's the same for me when I study and some exam go wrong (I study German and Japanese at university). So try to learn from negative comments, but never, ever, let them knock you down. You're strong and powerful and an amazing woman.

I totally have those moments myself at least once a month, too! I kept wondering what was wrong with me. Then my SO pointed out that it happens every month around the same time...with my cycle! 😂 You are so real and that’s what I appreciate that about you the most! Take both the good and the bad comments with a grain of salt. If you’re making content you like and you get good comments, it just informs you that you have an audience! If it’s negative, filter out the constructive criticism from any “hate-talk” that’s not you but their issues misguided at you. In terms of work and goals, it’s nice (although scary) to just create space in your life and not being productive 150% of the time. Just as in nature, something will grow in that space! You’re so wonderful and we’re all just human, flaws and all! 💖💖💖

Wow Tina, I can really relate to the feeling of hitting a goal and then realizing you're still not happy. I finally moved into a career field that I've been trying to get into for a long time and even though I know my life is objectively better, I feel less happy than where I was a year ago. I truly love your content Tina. I save your videos for last, because you actually make me so happy. (Helps me get to bed happy!)... something that I’ve noticed that helps me, is a goal “ladder”. Smaller goals near the bottom and larger goals near the top. Small goals for me include lose 5lbs, larger goals for me include getting my dream job. At the end of the day, there will be people or things that will get in your way and prevent you from rising up, but you’ve got this! The amazing thing about personal goals is they’re yours to meet. You're very brave to put up such an honest and personal video. Not many people are comfortable enough to do that. You have given me a lot of inspiration and you've shown us enough of your life through this channel and your vlog channel to give us an idea of who you are, how you were raised, how you think, etc. You are incredibly genuine and I don't think letting your viewers down would even be half as important as letting yourself down. Hi Tina, I think the fact that you reached 2 million subscribers shows that you have reached our attention through your talent and personality. You've shared your tips on makeup, tested so many products, and visited different places. You're awesome! I think it is understandable that you worry about success and the need to keep improving and meeting the needs of viewers. There will definitely be days where one can be more vulnerable to other ppl's comments. But please don't forget that you have many supporters who just enjoy your content because they like you for you, your talents, your personality, tips etc.

Tina! I haven't finished the video yet, but seeing your thumbnail made me want to at least leave a comment. You're one of my favourite youtubers, you're one of the few Asian beauty gurus on here that's actually enjoyable to watch and on top of that you're probably the only Australian Asian youtuber from Sydney! I've followed you for years and I've even walked past you in the city once at night and I instantly recognised you because of your pink/purple hair but I was too nervous to say hi. I think how genuine you are definitely shows through your videos, and a lot of people can see that and that's why you have so many followers. A lot of beauty youtubers change to become very unrelatable after internet fame gets to them, but you've remained the same in spite of it all which is lovely to watch.

I love how genuine of a person you are, Tina! Hearing about your journey made me feel inspired and not such a weirdo. You're not weak for feeling upset when people leave mean comments! The love of your subscribers is much larger than the haters.
