If u add white vinegar to the water when boiling seafood e.g lobster and crabs it makes it a lot easier to peel

Lovely size lobster. I recall in some of your previous foraging videos you used to measure ormers on rock before taking them off to avoid damaging the foot is there a reason why you stopped doing that? No judgment just curious
