Thanks I appreciate it! God willing I’ll stay here for a couple years since it’s in a booming area and then try to rent it out if not I’ll sell it and make headway to another build! The good thing is I’m watching the housing market and interest rates and it seems to start getting stable

Yes there is a slight slope since it sits on an angle similar to how my neighbor is and the drain will be in the driveway. I did get the outlet to hang but it will fish behind the wall and drop down to it
Congratulations Bro, the layout is similar to my Florida home we just built. I added a lift in my garage and I now fit 4 cars in it. My last house had a 7 car garage in Massachusetts 😂
Thanks bro I appreciate it! I want to add a lift in our garage but even with 9foot ceilings it wouldn’t fit a bendapak lift I would want which sucks! I’ll most likely be that neighbor that’s annoying with a lot of car taking up the space after my driveway gets full 😂
@@BLUPRINT1LE my garage ceiling is 9’4” and my ZL1 and Corvette fits perfectly. I use a chair with wheels to get underneath the car and work on it. It’s perfect and I can do basically everything I need to do on either car.
@@BLUPRINT1LE it’s a 4 post list. Don’t know the name off hand but there are dozens of companies out there selling these types of lifts. Mine cost me $6200 and I love it and it’s extra wide for my cars.

@@mikeburley7288 OMGoodness 780 miles I wish my car still had that on it. I’m heading north of 24K about to hit 25K soon. But I’m in a drivers state and everything spread out so I drive a good 100 miles in a day with ease depending on what I’m doing
@@BLUPRINT1LE It's nice to only have that many, but at the same time kinda sucks because 6-7 months out of the year I can't(or choose) not to drive it during the winter. I DEFINITELY need the desert weather that you have!!..Maybe a move is in my future sometime!??🤔🤔🤣🤣
