This video shows a bicycle caravan of my design. I keep changing something about it; in the following months I added some elements. You can see them in other videos.
I must have watched videos for a couple of dozen of these homemade bicycle vehicle things. Every single one of them has the style of a high school science project. Seriously, if you're going to put all that time and effort into something, make it look respectable. I'm sorry but all these things look like retarded afterthoughts of shape form and color. I figure it's a brain thing, they can do the mechanical stuff, but the artsy stuff not so much.
I hope you aren't talking about this one. This one looks fine. It may not win art contests, but it is meant to be practical and it achieves that just fine.
"Seriously, if you're going to put all that time and effort into something, make it look respectable." Why not get to work and show us. Talking is easy.
@@SimonBrouwer I'm sorry, who is us? Who else are you speaking for? Oh and, a person does not need to be an engineer to recognize ugly. As to the value of my cheap talk, you're getting everything you're paying for.
@@reubenj.cogburn8546 "As to the value of my cheap talk, you're getting everything you're paying for." Which is nothing, and for sure, your petty comments are of zero value. As in apparent contrast to Andrzej's video since it was liked by 4.2K RU-vid users so far 🤭
@@SimonBrouwer well, apparently the owner of the channel, and the inventor of your beloved machine, pinned my comment to the top of his video. I guess that puts me ahead of you, and anything you've had to say so far. You're simply one of those guys that has to get in the last word no matter how valid their opponents argument might be. So knock yourself out My guess is you married somebody ugly, and the last thing you're going to do is admit something like that. But don't worry, a utilitarian spouse is nothing to be ashamed of...... Completely..
I thought the same, but then realized that it limits your options. As long as the mud is only in one place it doesn't make any difference. You'll have to clean it later anyways, net or not.
That is a great job on the camper. If I ever achieve world domination, I will create separated bike lanes that aren’t just painted on the road for cars. Mixing cars and bikes is a tragedy waiting to happen.
Your meticulously precise design, craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly outstanding! The care you took in the construction will ensure that your lovely bicycle travel cabin will provide you with comfortable shelter from inclement weather or glorious sunshine. Thank you for sharing your build.
Woah I never thought to use a camera as a rearview mirror for a camper bike. Honestly a camper bike isn't something I had even heard of before. This is so cool, thanks for sharing!
Whooow! Das ist einer der schönsten Bike - Caravans, die ich bisher sah!!! Vor Allem diese ganzen praktischen und liebevoll ausgearbeiteten Details! Es wurde an Alles gedacht. ABSOLUT genial!!!
Really fabuleus camper trailer you've made! Hats off to a job well done. And lots of clever and interesting details. Wishing you many happy and safe miles!
This is one of the BEST and most beautiful of the bicycle campers I've seen. So much thought into it. You could sell the plans for this. It's incredible!
Especially with that fold away drawer extender. Wish I could buy it off you. I think the materials you used, wood, though looks nice and sturdy, seems pretty heavy to pull around with even with an electric bike. Like it allots though. Looks like it will last a long time.
9:53, pięknie nagrany pirat drogowy, podwójna ciągła i przejście dla pieszych przy wyprzedzaniu nono. A tak to super kamper, świetnie się to prezentuje :)
Cos Paięknego Panie, do campera wszystko przemyślane. Musiało kosztować to sporo pracy ,czasu i pieniążków ale naprawde jest idealny . Panowi i Panie , czapki z głów przed tym projektem
Good day to you! I am a grandpa rider on HONDA motorcycle from Japan. Enjoying camping ,touring and upload video. Your bike camper video is so nice! Awesome! Have a nice day my friend!
Great woodworking skills ...Ive made 4 from junkparts .... I cannot express to you how heavey this prolly is and when riding you will tire within a few meters ...NOT for the feinthearted ..... the last one i made from 5mil marine plywood...to try an save weight . . .So heavey i was sick after ten pedals . . . . it also had skyway bmx wheels cos they are light as a butterfly . . .
this is what i wanted to build to escape with my birds , but my trailer was too heavy for a bicycle , i don't know what i was thinking , i love your trailer ! it is perfection .
Holy shit the brake is very clever, very nice implementation of the bigger idea. I think I'm going to implement something similar except my idea was using hydraulic brakes and a spring loaded post that depresses the brake lever. Yours is definitely nicer but mine will just about do😛 just got to figure out how to keep the wheels from locking up by only applying so much pressure. I'd prefer no brakes than locked up wheels.
In see lots of these camper , and mighty fine they are. No one seems to include awnings which would help on the footprint and can be taken off and stored inside the camper ..
Wow! Very impressive! You definitely have an engineers mind to be able to build something like this. Do you know about how much it cost to build it? I think doing a bike tour would be fun to do with something like this… Thank you for putting up the video can’t wait to see more
@@AClarke2007 £20 worth of plywood, but one sheet. I used 8 of these sheets (different thicknesses of plywood). Plywood was just one of many material costs.
