Those last words really hit home for me. I got cheated on and my whole self image went out the door and I gained weight and succumbed to depression. I've been working on my health and getting back to being someone I can love again and I always get discouraged when I dont see results right away but you're right. It's gonna take time and belief in myself and I really appreciate you reminding me of that man

I went through something similar, just know that all that pain and hard work is definitely going to give you great results someday , I didn’t see it happening ever as well, so I believe if a person as discouraged as me can do it ,you can do it too.
I'm with ya, man. Nearly identical situation this year. Seeing my ex partner leave me for the guy she cheated on me with nearly killed me and I hit an all time low. But the past month I've been on a mission to look after my mental and physical health more than ever before. Just recently discovered Will's channel and it's been damn-near life changing.
