I am a 37yr old BMT Honor Graduate, this video contains footage from different unclassified videos I found online inside the USAF BMT, and I will also give some tips and advice on how to prepare for BMT.
I got it in 1984. I think I was the only one. I struggled because I didn’t learn fast, but I did my best every day, and kept my nose in the study guide. I wasn’t ready for it, but made SSgt in less than 3 years. I then got out and got my nursing degree. I couldn’t get back into the service due to bad hearing, but that changed with 9/11. I made LTC in the Army. A study should be done to see if Honor Grads excel in their careers (I’m curious). The gist of what I’m trying to say is, if you’re smart, and do the right thing every day you will do well!
it depends on the age group, with me my standards are 27p-ups, 40 s-ups, 14min 1.5mile run, that will total around 70%, the younger ones will have a slightly higher standards but not much at all.
