@@Risha8h mere to 4 teeth nikale + 2 aur but wo milk wale teeth the.. total mere 6 teeth nikal chuke haii.. firstly I suggest do consult your doctor..kyuki wahi bta skte haii teeth ki condition dekh krr..kitne nikale chahiye aur teeth extraction me jyda kuch darne ki baat ni haii..wo easily ho jayegaa..mujhe to bilkul pta ni chla tha

Does you need to extract any of your teeth in the whole process. Cause my tooth is also in the same condition as you were and my orthodontist said to me that i need to extract my teeth😢 for spacing.

Me 22 years ka hu. Mere teeth bhi aise hai. Muje bhi lagwana hai but uncomfortable lagta hai class me dek k sab hasne lagenge kya🥲aapko kabhi logo se koi weird reaction mila tha braces ki wajah se?

@@redsalsa9600 yes Retainers are must, after removal of braces, initially you will have to put retainers for 20hr day but after 4,5 month it will come down to 8 hr per day for next 6 month, tenure is also based on the condition of your teeth
