Thank ya, Jesus! Asking the Lord to continue to do a work in this man’s life. Btw, so glad you spoke up! It’s the same at one of the clinics I go to. The quality of help is horrible. The ladies at the front desk think they are working at Burger King or something. Just a headache ..I think it’s because the work ethic of people isn’t what it once was.

I have had the same issue with receptionists at my clinic. Once they took 10 minutes to acknowledge me and made me late for the appointment and then the Dr. wouldn't see me....even though I was there! I complained and received a general letter saying they agreed it wrong but nothing was done. Glad the tumor has shrunk! Glad the steroid is done too!!!!!
The doctor looked on the internet to tell you the complaint center??? Why didn't you just go straight to the office and say it there?? Strange...strange...
Tell the doctor next time. He/she needs to know how they are behaving. I work customer service and would never treat my clients that way. Great news on the tumors shrinking.
