One other thing that I would love to say is that you are great at explaining things and you are so incredibly likeable. So many of the RU-vidrs that do makeup tutorials are over the top and annoying. you remind me of a friend that I have. I actually love your brows the best naturally and I think that they would look best just with that clear Anastasia gel because it's so rare for us redheads or at least me to have brows that match your hair perfectly and you do!
Love your brows! That is what brows should be. Women my age over plucked in the 90`s when fashion said pencil thin brows were IT! 🙄- You have a classic look of beauty! I don't have red eyebrows but I do have a hard time finding a nice ashy tone for dark blonde colors that don't seem so dark. Thanks for doing this video!
You are lucky to have such thick brows. I’m a natural redhead with very blonde sparse brows so I struggle with shaping them so they show up without looking fake.
So I did so much research on eyebrow pencils for redheads and I for some reason never discovered your video, but I did discover all four of those products that you recommended. I ended up just going with the clear Anastasia Brow Gel because I didn't feel like the NYX matched. I felt like it was too fiery orange, but then I wasn't able to blend it in because I was just sampling it at Ulta. Your hair is more like my childhood color and mine has faded and so I have to color it so it pops. When I get my hair colored they also color my brows and that tends to look really good but it doesn't last forever and really I think the best solution would be to just go back in and get that done occasionally. It's just mainly a cost issue for me. I guess since Ulta and Sephora have pretty good return policies I may end up buying the NYX one, since my brows have now faded. They're kind of strawberry blonde, but if I pluck them they grow back fiery red. I really appreciate this video and your one on contouring as well!
You are so lucky to have red eyebrows! I am also a redhead, like strawberry blond, and my eyebrows are blond, like really pale. They are also quite full. I am new to paying attention o them. I am using a blond eyebrow pencil but I still think it is too dark. Any tips ?
I do have the same problem, even my eyebrows try to run away to the distance (and not growing near my nose, so it actually looks like they want to escape). Currently I'm using the same hair dye (3-4 shades lighter than my current hair color, cut closer my original reddish-strawberry blonde) as what I use for hiding my white roots. Also in drugstore (we have Rossmann and Drogeriemarkt, so Deutsch stuff) we have some sale on cosmetics, what needed for no one else, because rare colours, etc. THAT'S where I found my perfect eyebrow color (it's a lipliner, but nobody cares)
Catherine B. Apparently I'm the only natural redhead with very thick brown eyebrows. I don't use red or auburn pencils because they look too red on my eyebrows which looks weird because it doesn't match my brown eyebrows.
Can you do a series of 'redhead looks' - so a bronze babe, peach perfect, pink perfection, etc.? So we can see how to match eyes, cheeks, and lips in a flattering way for redheads? PLEASE!
Loved this video I also have this issue with finding the right color for my eyebrows I came across Strut Eyebrow pencil at MAC it’s $17 bucks but it’s a beautiful color the only con is it’s one of those twisty pencils so it goes pretty fast.
Oh and if anyone needs an eyeliner that will perfectly match their hair, I have been using since college Maybelline medium brown, which ends up with just a slight reddish tone. It is dirt cheap and I've not found anything else that's as good.
I totally miss Strawburn, it was awesome. I use a trimmer just like it. My husband calls my lighter hair peach fuzz, lol. Great video. Now, I need to try hourglass one because I was hesitant of price.
I have a NYX one that looks exactly the same as yours but labelled Auburn so idk if they've just relabelled them to make more sense or what but they also have a microbrow one with a finer tip in auburn
Agreed I love using elf products but hate to try and order colors that maybe end up being wrong for fair skin and red hair ! Please do a video of doing all your makeup using elf !
My brows are also bushy and practically invisible, they're so blonde. I've always felt that maintaining would be too much work, but seems really simple.
+Lindsay Conyers It's seriously not hard. It takes a few times to really get used to the little trimmer thing, but it's SO MUCH easier than you'd think.
ccap3211 I think that it's almost impossible to find someone who's going to be able to tint them the correct color. I do however trust the Paul Mitchell color line on my brows. It's a more natural color line, without the harsh odors, and so I trust using it on my brows.
I recommend Lancome Hypnose in brown. But if you want one that's truly going to be the same color as your hair go for the Just for Redheads brand. They just don't lengthen like Lancome will. Now I would love to be mistaken about this so if anyone has tried their products more recently, please let me know!

Megan Horn Yes! Maybe she can do another tutorial showing how to apply this one. I think because she has more naturally orange brows, it works for her. But for strawberry blonde or blonde brows it's pretty clown like.
+Margaret Moore Try to Clinique bottom lash mascara. It's lighter brown (so not super dark or black) and has the tiniest brush in the world. Stays put and easy to apply without getting on your lids!

The NYX actually looks the best. Anastasia should be the best but their colors for red are awful. Thanks a million. Right now I have to use copper colored eyeshadows. Not fun.
