Hi Louis. Good video and I agree with you...I still have cravings once in a great while. It is usually when I pass a bakery or the bakery section of the grocery store and I can smell the fresh pastries. It's like being triggered. However, even though I'm tempted, I know that those foods will do absolutely nothing for me and I rarely if ever give in. I do eat about a half of apple/pear each day with a bit of my homemade yogurt and that satisfies any needs I have for sugar. It's how I do it and accounts for about 1% of the carbohydrates that I use to have. My weight is consistent and I continue to feel great with my medical problems staying in remission. I'm undoing 56 years of eating habits and it's been about one year now on Carnivore. Keep up the good work. K
The next time Anyone tells you that you're gonna have a heart attack and die, just take look at their physique, diet and lifestyle. I'm willing to bet it's not good. Btw, are you lifting weights or other exercises or just doing carnivore? Looking good dude. Keep it up.
