Honestly nakakatuwa manuod ng channel na ito makikita mo yung dedication at passion sa pag luluto ni chef bogs at ng napaka bait niyang wife. Maiinspire ka sakanila dahil makikita mong di lang trabaho para sakanila ito kung hindi kasiyahan nila makita ang mga customers nila na busog at kontento sa binibigay nilang pag mamahal sa luto.

Hard work pays off. Cleanliness, quality of food and being consistent in taste of food are also appreciated by customers. I admire this couple for their hard work. I worked doubly hard 8-12 hours a day 6-7 times a week for 20 years straight(with 2-3 week vacations yearly) and save/invested 50-60% of my income. I retired at 38 in California in 2007 with retirement accounts and investments still growing. It still can be done in USA, just work hard every day and do not complain, do not whine, just focus on the positives, not the negatives like what this couple does day in, day out.
I really enjoy watching you cook Filipino dishes. You are really very good at it. Did you just learn by yourself. It is fun and nice to see that it is a family business, Mrs. Bogs involved in the kitchen/business. More power to you.

I also loved to cook at home--goodness! I learned some technique 2day for Pancit not to spoil easily: I used to purposely let the pancit veggies half-cooked so that they're crunchy in the mouth but I didn't know it causes spoilage if not entirely consumed. Now I know how to go about it next time.
