My personal review on why I love rebounding on a Cellerciser & Bellicon, with a sample of doing Insanity from Beachbody. My first love is Hairstyling, My 2nd love is Fitness! I recently lost 75lbs and wanted to share one of many ways on how I lost it. www.beachbodycoach.com/esuite/... www.bellicon-usa.com/?429b1823...

For those researching which one to buy, please note that the noise of the cellerciser can be drastically reduced to almost nothing with a few drops of oil (in my case I used coconut oil) at the ends where there are metal contact. Just got mine two weeks ago.

@@energeticsoulhealer888 I got mine a month ago and love it! It is a really great workout because of the resistance it provides. I had a bungee tramp before and I did not get the same resistance on it however I could jump higher for fun. I do David Hall'a exercise programme on the Cellercizer

Jovan, What a great review. I have had a Cellerciser for 24 years. I love rebounding. I went online to see if I still had one of the best rebounders available. It turns out that I do. I was thinking after 24 years there was a better one out there, and I would need to invest in a new one. I am so glad I don't. God bless you!

Hi Trudy, for weight loss I do 2 hours per day (I use a pedometer and stop at 10,000 steps). That enables me to loose about 1 pound per week. For maintenance I do 30 minutes per day. I am 33, 5'7", 140 LB, 2000 calorie daily diet.

By far the best well done comparison review of any product I have ever seen on RU-vid EVER! I will be buying a ........ Based on your review. I said ............ Because it's not important which I chose, I chose the one best for me based on your review, so both Cellusizer and Bellicon should be happy to have you as a reviewer. They always ship the cellerciser with two extra springs just in case. However, I have been using mine for 8 years and no broken springs and I weigh 200 pounds. The Bellicon is quieter but that is really the only benefit over the Cellerciser which is $400 less expensive. The bungees wear out on the Bellicon and have to be replaced. And because they are bungees you can see the feet pronate a little bit with every jump on this video. Also, all it takes is two drops of oil on each spring twice a year and it is very quiet. The mat on the Cellerciser is also a higher quality material. So if noise is your number one priority then the Bellicon is definitely quieter. But for health, I would choose the Cellerciser

I just bought a slightly used 49" Bellicon. I am really impressed. I rebounded 30 years ago, a lot on a spring trampoline. The Bellicon gives a great cardio workout. David Hall does a great job of explaining the Celleciser. He emphasizes a lower bounce and less foot pronation. In this video, I did not see the Bellicon as being problematic. I am recovering from a broken kneecap and rebounding is one of a few cardio workouts I can do and enjoy as I heal. .... thanks ladies for this review... I do not need to buy a Celleciser as I do not believe the bounce will be that much different. ... I also considered "Leaps and Rebounds" rebounder before I bought my Bellicon. My Bellicon has folding legs with are extremely well made. Keep in mind that replacement Bungees are about $85 for Bellicon and come in different strengths and lengths. My 49" Bellicon has 42 bungees.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. I'm trying to decide between the Cellerciser and the Bellicon, but due to financial issues I will probably start with the Cellerciser. I know the benefits of rebounding for weigh loss because when I was a young teenager, I lost quite a bit of weight without realizing it and my family and I couldn't figure out why or how it happened. We weren't very concerned because my health was great. Years later, as I was learning about the benefits of rebounding, I remembered my experience of unintentional weight loss when I was a kid and remembered that at the time I was using the pogo stick I begged my parents to get me for Christmas. I loved that pogo stick and was on it everyday for hours at a time. So I learned the benefits of rebounding through personal experience without even knowing it. Your video review was helpful to me because now I know that I will eventually have both units. I'll use Cellerciser then save for the Bellicon.

Your review is great and pretty much what several well-respected physical therapists say in theirs - BOTH of these are outstanding. I love my Cellerciser for 22 years, looks like new, and I wanted one proudly made in the USA. No noise but oil takes care of any squeak anyway. Mine is not a trifold, it’s the bigger one that is not portable. Bellicon too and have used one from time to time. Both are outstanding!

Hi, I own the cellerciser and I just hear almost no sound when using the cellerciser because I followed david Hall advice by using a drop of oil on each end of the spring. The springs will not make sounds like in the video. That really works great! I also contacted with David hall when I had question and he just personally talked to me via mail, pretty cool. Thank you for this review. I bought a Bellicon today and hope to start to feel and look better soon. I chose the Bellicon Classic 49' over the Jumpstart Pro cause of the larger mat size and I didn't want the noise from any spring type rebounder like the Cellerciser. Total was $699 with free shipping. Gritted my teeth over the price it's true but pushed that button anyway. :)

7 years later.... September 2022... just bought a Bellicon for $958 (49 inches, folding legs, comfort mat, free shipping). Sure woulda love to rewind time and paid $700 vs $1K!! lol! Oh well, glad to have the absolute best. Chose the Bellicon as I saw the cellerciser legs moving a bit while jumping and the bellicon didn't budge. Also didn't want to deal with the noise, broken springs and replacing springs, so Bellicon won for me. Take my $1K Bellicon!! lol! No regrets.

Great video. I’ve discovered the virtues of rebounding over the last few years. It’s a superb approach to fitness. I inherited a Cellerciser, which I’m very pleased with. Someday I may splurge for a Bellicon; I am enticed by its noiseless bungees and larger jumping area. For now, however, I love the easy storage & portability of my Cellerciser. Also, I can vouch that Cellerciser’s customer service is top notch. Thanks again 🙏👍

I've just started using my Bellicon regularly (I changed out my original medium cords, which were useless to me due to extreme protonation and not enough resistance for fitness workouts) to the ultra strong cords per the recommendation of fitness rebounders on youtube, and it's AMAZING. The results come quickly and I feel really good. I just ordered a Cellerciser though because I want one I can take outside and travel with (because it's foldable and portable), and it's less than half what I paid for the Bellicon with the cord change out and stability bar that I added on after original purchase. HOWEVER. I just jumped on it the celleciser for the first time and sadly, the quality of bounce is not really anywhere near the Bellicon, and it's a lot noisier. But I'm going to apply the 3 in 1 oil to the Cellerciser and give it a fair go. I'm slightly concerned with the harder bounce (compared to the Bellicon) that it might cause joint/back/ankle problems for me, but I'm really gonna give it a fair go. I really want to go outside in this warmer weather and the Bellicon I have does not move easily, for sure not on stairs and outside daily, but also, the Cellerciser is REALLY heavy, much heavier than it looks when Dave quickly unfolds and folds it. So my ultimate recommendation is that if you have the money and don't need to move it, the Bellicon is hands DOWN superior to the Cellerciser, but be mindful of the cord strength you need. If you want to do for real fitness workouts with it, get the ultra strong cords.

It IS all God!! Yes I've found the ultra strong cords are as firm as the cellerciser but have a smoother bounce. They may wear out faster than the springs, not sure. I do love the smoother bounce, but suspect that the cellerciser might be fractionally more efficient at muscle building because of the slightly stronger impact. Blessings!

Yep, we second all the other comments. My wife just started looking this morning. Her family had a large "ottoman" trampoline (remove ottoman cushion and there it was) while we were dating 33 years ago. She wants to make sure the mat is large enough for safe use and your review helped with that decision. She still does 6 mile runs a few times a week routinely but wanted a quality rebounder for the Denver winter months and having a full time day job where waiting till after work means...darkness! HI, thanks for a very hepful vid. Congratualtions on losing 75 lbs in 2012! I'm writing this five years later; I hope you've kept the weight. I've been unsuccesful in losing weight, so I know how hard it is. Wish you all the best of luck.

Great review thank you! I was looking at both of these but then I watched your review and checked out Dave Hall Cellercise 💗 so much great info on his website! FYI he also has videos about changing springs & oiling the springs for noise control.... 🤔

This is a great comparison review! I tried out a Bellicon, it was used, and was too soft a bounce for me, but my balance could use the workout from the deeper, slower rebound. I purchased a Cellerciser. The firmer bounce is better for osteoporosis, and the Cellerciser is a much firmer bounce than the Bellicon. It is a noisy bounce, but I'll try the oil on the spring. If I ever have to replace a spring, that will be a challenge...Thanks again for the comprehensive review.

by far one of the smartest review in youtube, thank you!! but let me tell you… if that was just the warm-up… I don't think I will be able to do the actual workout 😝

The noise from the spring rebounder is iterating, to me.

I just ordered one today. Maybe I'll come back to this and post my own review. However, my sister has had one for years and raves about how great it is. I had been given a rebounder 12 years ago, used, by someone who was just getting rid of one and I thought it was very well made. I don't know the brand of that one, because it wasn't on the equipment. The rebounder I ordered today was $539.00 and comes with the handle bar, a dvd, and of course the bag. Looking forward to using it!

You should try some lube or oil for your springs AND the metal folding joints in the Cellerciser, it may not be silent but should help a lot! Thanks for the great video!

Hi,enjoyed your review thanks. Its jan 2017, and time has flownThe answer to the squeek is to oil where the two pieces of meal meet. Just like we woud on a doorhinge etc.. Springs have been re-designed.and so has the mat. Prices remain same, but David is saying in a recent video, that they are considering that at asome point they may have to charge for delivery. hope that is usefu to someone.

I bought my Gold Gym rebounder from Walmart for $39 and I love it. It doesn't bounce as high as the Bellicon and has a firmer bounce. But I prefer that and use it mostly for jogging on. Lost 35 pounds and feeling great! Plus it's silent with no metal springs, has a smaller size, folds and doesn't take up much room at all. I lean it against the wall and it's hardly noticeable.

I have one too. I do want the Bellicon for more surface area to bounce, but I will keep my cheaper one as well.

I was also researching the difference between Cellerciser and Bellicon 2 years ago. I decided to buy the cellerciser after I found out that Bellicon is not OK for me because due to the fact that they use bungee cords, the mattress doesn't hold the weight up as good as springs, and this causes the feet to pronate, which can cause a lot of pain down the line. I weighed 165 pounds when I started using my Cellerciser and went down to 140 in couple of months. I used it between 1 and 3 hours daily.

I just used fractionated coconut oil on my cellerciser and it's quiet. I have heard that oiling it a couple times a year works. I saw a video of a 2013 cellerciser that was quiet. Mine is almost 9yrs old. Sounds like the newer ones are quieter.

Thank you for providing all of the information about these rebounders. I'm just starting out, and it's nice to know what to look for. I wish I could afford a Bellicon ($ and space) as they seem really really nice!

Putting a few drops where springs are touching the frame on a Cellercizer does magic for the squeaking. Mine is a newer Cellercize model and it is very quiet.
