+efrazable It's a room full of tube amplifiers and an electric drumset playing pretty heavy music for a band like MCR, if you can hear the crowd, the something's fucky. For those who don't play an instrument and/or have never seen a drumset in action, a drumset is loud as shit and feels like an earthquake if you're nearby even if they aren't electric, and a tube amp is loud enough to make your neighbor pissed off at you with the volume on 2-3. It's also worth mentioning that if you notice who the video is by, you'll probably conclude that in an effort to make the band sound better and more clear, they will try to muffle the audience. Such an example will apply to the Mexico City concert. You don't hear very much unless he's asking the crowd to sing with them, even then it's not too loud. But if you were there, it was loud as shit. Source: was there, it was loud as shit.
