My child can’t say the K and G sounds 

Thank you, this is so helpful! My son was evaluated for this and they said we don’t have to worry until he is 6 years old so they didn’t approve more therapy sessions after turning 3. I knew that seemed off.

My son faces a difficulty from pronouncing the K ang G sounds and he substitutes them with T and D sounds. Thanks for explaining.

What causes this? It is very frustrating with my almost 6 year old. She is so intelligent reading and everything but c and k is t and g is d sounds. Finds q and x hard too.
