It’s wonderful to work with art everyday. Love your pottery collection. My cutting board is a large piece of olive wood from our olive farm I’m Italy. It smells lightly of olive oil. Have great respect for your work and life view.

It is now April 2024. I've just finished watching you cook the very first eggplant you've ever grown yourself, in your home garden in the Welsh countryside. I admired some of the crockery in that video and started looking to see if you had a video about your plates and such. Came across this video, which I don't remember seeing the first time around (I've followed you quite a while). At any rate, I found it very touching to "revisit" you at an earlier moment in your journey after having just left you now. 💚

I had my eye on your cutting block! But please, let the wood clean itself! Just scrub with salt and or vinegar if needed. Especially vegans shouldn’t encourage super bugs with disinfectant. It’s beautiful💕

I love Etsy for finding small artisan potters. When I return to the homeland visiting relatives I like to pop to Ewenny and Claypits (not too far from you :)) also a lot of the the smaller potters offer classes and it’s great to create your own items. I have a wooden chopping board too though I only use linseed oil on it to feed it. I agree with you that small individual items look great for food photography and I have quite a few myself as photography is my hobby.... sadly my cooking not so great :(

Hi Gaz, came across your videos today and its great to see the impact going vegan is doing you seem like quite a calm character but I can't help but notice the serene and zen atmosphere in your space (apartment). I know this sounds generic but it would be interesting to see a full apartment tour. Oh man, that's a Blok chef's knife... drool. I've got an Iseya Japanese utility knife and I'm working on finding my favourite "big" knife. I think it is a Blok, because Ben's a genius but damn £300 is a lot! I've got one piece of gorgeous earthware from Leach pottery in St Ives. A guy called Callum crafts it, I just wish he'd make more things!
